We have all seen the Real Israel. Israel is willing to commit PIRACY in international waters to limit the food supplies going to the Palestinian people. They are willing to commit murder in the open to cover the trail of blood on Israel’s hands. We all now know that APARTEID in the West Bank and Gaza are real. Israel is murdering Palestinian people in an effort to hold down the population. The indigenous Palestinian population will overtake the transplanted and indigenous Jewish population in Israel in just a few years. Israel’s solution to this is the same as the once loathed South African regime during the 60’s, 70’s and 80’s; separate, starve, jail and murder the population off so they cannot have children.
Separate and Jail: Israel knows that if they keep enough Palestinian men behind bars their wives cannot have children because of their devotion to their religion, just like APARTEID. They routinely deport indigenous Palestinians out of the country without their family, separating husbands and wives.
Starve: Israel stops shipments of produce, medicine, and other supplies from coming in and going out of the West Bank and Gaza, in many cases until they spoil and/or are of little economic value. The PIRACY by Israel on the high seas is just an example that got our attention; THIS IS HAPPENING EACH DAY IN THE WEST BANK AND GAZA AT OVER 500 CHECK POINTS AND WITH AN ILLEGAL BLOCKADE.
Murder: There is a 40% infant and maternal mortality rate at ISRAELI CHECKPOINTS on the West Bank and Gaza. Soldiers refuse to allow women to move through checkpoints to get to hospitals that are sometimes within sight of where their newborns die. Palestinian Mothers die in outrageous numbers at these very same checkpoints in childbirth. Israel has an unstated policy of murder of Palestinians around the world, whenever and where ever they want in complete disregard of International Law and the Criminal Laws of the countries in which they operate.
1.We must stop sending foreign aide to Israel to the tune of 10 Billion dollars a year between military and civilian aide.
2.We must not allow Israel to commit murder against our Laws on our soil.
3.We must investigate the original acts of Piracy by Israel, the theft of hundreds of kilos of Plutonium on a French ship in the Mediterranean and the killing and wounding of hundreds of United States Sailors on the USS Liberty in 1967.
4.We must stop the constant spying of Israeli secret service on the United States. Israeli spies in jail now in the United States amount to more spies than all other ethnic or country groups combined.
The only real way we will have any impact on the renegade state of Israel is to BOYCOTT all goods and services, just as they do to the Palestinians. We defeated APARTHEID once before, and the people of the World can do it again. Let us get together and stop the GENOCIDE being committed by Israel in the West Bank and Gaza. Israel should know better.

I was driving to a Health Fair this morning and got reminded again how we, Americans and America, are still the center and the focus of the World. As much as others like China and Russia would like to compete with us, they still look to us to compete. We set the standard. When we abuse that position, as we have for the last eight years, the world shudders, it feels out of control.
As an example of the above, just look at the cold War. The Russians copied every piece of military technology we put in the field. We were considered the leader by them. We built a bomber they built a bomber. We built and ICBM, they built an ICBM. We built a swing wing jet, they built a swing wing jet. We built a MIRV warhead, they built a MIRV warhead. We would build something that did not work, and they would copy it.
The Chinese copy everything from DVD’s and CD’s to tools and trade secrets. They started their own space program with the intent to send a man to the moon. Is this the ultimate flattery or what?
The largest spy network in the United States is run by Israel. They copy technology from military to industrial and take it home to reproduce. We like to brow beat the Chinese about not honoring these proprietary rights but it is Israel that does the most industrial espionage in the United States, and we send them 30 billion dollars a year in foreign aide to help them do it.
In the last eight years, we acted like a 3 year old having a tantrum. We acted on magical thinking, we wanted what we wanted, and we bullied and emotionally derided those who would not go along with what we wanted. We did not play nice in the World, and the World took a back seat to wait till we did something that showed we would come to our senses. The World thought this would happen in 2004 with the election. It did not. We continued our infantile rampage with spokesman like Rush Limbaugh, Jerry Falwell, Glen Beck, and OReilly. This is what the world heard along with the shock and awe of our weapons.
Barack Obama won the Nobel Prize today. The World is sending us a message. They are pleased that we have started electing smart people to be our leaders again. They are saying that we need more reasoned policies, like those proposed by this young President. They are encouraging us to be the best we can be, to take the moral high ground and not wavier from this position of leadership in the World.
I am proud of my country, America. I believe it is a privilege to be the moral and economic leaders of the World. I believe it is also a responsibility we must hold as sacred, to be good stewards of the position we are looked to to perform and that we created. Our new President is leading us in this New direction, not enough of us are willing to set aside politics to follow. They offer no alternatives, only the desire to cling to the disasterphilosophy of the last eight years. Whatever that was.
The Noble prize was awarded to our President not because he has accomplished his many goals working toward Peace, Prosperity, and Safety in the World. The last President gave the message to the World ‘Mission Accomplished’. It was a lie, a publicity campaign to cover up the destruction and despair we had brought to the World, for no good reason than we wanted to. This President has made bold proposals, set high moral goals and expectations for America and those in the World that will be our partners again. He has told America and the World the Truth. We are in for rough times. It will take hard work to get out of the mess we are in and we created. He has set the challenge for America in Health Care, in Energy, in Nuclear Proliferation, in Pollution, in the Financial Markets, and most of all in Philosophy.
I am elated that our President, who happens to be Barack Obama, won the Nobel Prize for Peace. He won it and deserves it because he represents such a starkly positive contrast to the last eight years of disasterphilosophy, that the World now wants to engage with us again.
The addendum to this story is the response. The Radical Republicans that mortgaged the future we are now paying for with our blood and treasure are lining up to condemn this award. They condemn our President, and our country in doing so. They are showing their true colors. They are in the company that befits the bankrupt philosophy they have championed for the last eight years and longer. They line up with the Taliban. They line up with Al Queda. They line up with Hamas. They line up with O’Reilly. They line up with Beck. They line up with Limbaugh. With this stance, they can only retreat behind the walls of hypocrisy or Treason.

The Health Care problem in America

You are witnessing a fight to the death of the Profits, overcompensated CEO's, and shareholders of the Health Care industry with the people of the United States. I have heard polls saying that 70% of the Americans support a Public Option. I have heard that the government is going to take over YOUR Health Care. I have heard that the government is going to decide whether your Grandmother should live or die. I do not believe a lot of the rhetoric from either side of the debate vs shrill screaming maniacs.
Here is what I know. I am a provider on many different insurance panels. A lot of my colleges are not. I know why they are not, they got tired of the constant fight with Health Insurance companies to get paid. They take private pay(CASH)only and certain EAP's(Employee Assistance Program) that are very easy to work with. These same Therapists are now seeing dramatic drops in their Private Practices because most of the public in these hard times cannot afford $120 an hour, even for Therapy. I do not want to embellish my ability, but I saw this coming. That is one reason I decided to get paneled on every insurance that I could.
My other reasoning for taking and keeping my standing in the Health Insurance quagmire is I believe that if people earn benefits they ought to be able to use them. I encourage people to use what they pay for if they need it. In this time of economic challenge, my Private Practice is full. This does not mean I am doing better than other Therapists, I am not. I spend a minimum of 60 -90 minutes a work day per week trying to extract payment from the Health Insurance industry. So, per hour if someone charges $100, and they take cash, they get $100 for their effort minus overhead. I charge $100, but Health Insurance companies will only pay $60(which I am willing to take for the sake of the client) minus overhead, but it is also minus $15 for the extra time I have to spend trying to get paid from the Health Care industry. So, I make $45 an hour minus my overhead. This is dramatically less than my colleges make per hour because of the Health Insurance industry.
This is the same industry which the naysayers to Public Sponsored insurance say does a better job than the Government. This is the same industry that pays their CEO's 7 and 8 figure incomes, 9 figure incomes if you include bonus and stock options. This is the same industry that is spending 1.8 million dollars a day on the Congress to stop a Public Option in any reform bill that comes from Congress. Gee they must be really scared.
Something else I know, Health Insurance company profits increased during 2002 to 2006 from 1.7 billion to 15.6 billion dollars.
This is the same percentage increase as the rise in Health Care costs. This happens while the same companies deny payment to me for silly reasons like, they cant read the date of birth, they do not have the name spelled correctly in their system, they did not record an authorization when they client called in to get the authorization(even though they have a record of the client calling), and sometimes they just do not pay until I have submitted the bill several times. I have gotten paid as long out as 8 months. This is ALL of the Health Care companies. Some EAP's are good to work with. Victim Witness(a government sponsored Health Payment program)is good to work with and pay full fee. This is what I know about the Health care industry.
It is time to have a real debate about Health Care in America. Everyone agrees that we need a change. If government sponsored Health Care is so bad, we will need to change Medicare and the Veterans Administration, because they are the largest government sponsored Health Care administrations in the world. I would prefer to have the government to work with, they would have one set of forms to fill out instead of 12 different forms. I would have only one set of benefits to bill for instead of the convoluted 4-5 sets of benefits for each company. The government does this kind of thing out of stupidity, insurance companies make this process confusing in order to make money. They do make a lot of money.

I believe I have found my voice again. The last administration was terrible, and I needed to speak out against it vehemently as I did. Others did as well. But they were only part of the problem, and you will see many more things come out where they committed agregious acts against our freedom and civil liberties for purely partisan gain. The horrors that have yet to be reveiled about the last administration will pale as I illuminate the real problem facing the United States in the 21st century.

GMAC bail out, good money after bad.......

This BAIL OUT BULLSHIT has now become personal. GMAC the economic lending institution that has helped GM sell us all those gas guzzlers that killed our planet is now getting money to sustain itself.
I remember these guys. I lost my job in another city and had to move back to my home town to start over. I had to declare bankruptcy. It was hard times in the 80's but I did it I had a brand new car, financed through these BASTARDS at GMAC. I wrote them letters and tried to negotiate with them. They would not. I went to Bankruptcy and wrote them saying that I would keep making my payments. They charged me a late fee for each and every payment that I made for two and a half years on time to them after that. I tried to make double payments. I tried letters. No. GMAC charged me a late fee for all the time left on my contact. I vowed never to do business with them again and I have not.
I did have a great time with the $600 that the disasterpresident sent me for stimulating the economy. I am not enjoying the payoffs of 4 billion dollars to the BASTARDS that were not willing to help me out when I was down. It is time to let these old institutions fail. We need a NEW WAY of doing CAPITALISM, because 'Free' Market Capitalism does not and is not working. We need to move to COOPERATIVE CAPITALISM, where people and not institutions or the FED have a say in how wealth is distributed in society.

It amazes me again. We are going after some silly Governor for selling a Senate seat. For a pay for play system of campaign contributions to stay in power. The press are hounding him. He cant go out for a jog without a troop of reporters there, asking him questions that everyone knows he is not going to answer. He told them the other day 'Hang Loose'. Everyone took this as brazen. Dont we still live in a Democracy. Have you all gotten so jaded by the elimination of Habeas Corpus and having your phones tapped that you have lost your sensibilities of peoples rights? This guy is getting assassinated in the press before he gets his day in court. Do we rule by the mob, or by Jerry Springer Justice? That was France in 1789.
I dont see anyone going after the disasterpresident for giving out no bid contracts to the people that made contributions to get him into office. I dont see the press interrupting his jog to ask him why he and his vice disasterpresident and his disastersecretary of Defense authorized the torture, and rendition of US citizens and foreigners. I dont understand why the American people have not stood up and thrown shoes at these Traitors to American(and World)Democracy. We have lost our senses as well as our rights under the Constitution. We are allowing now the Rape of our wilderness and the further erosion of our rights by the last minute orders of Treasonist Bastards.
Of course this does not surprise me, we stood by and allowed this disasteradministration to Kill and Maim thousands of our sons and daughters for Political and Economic gain.
The guy(Muntazer al-Zaidi) is the bravest man in the world the other day. He did what we have all been thinking, show this coward for what he is. We need to hold ALL our leaders to a better standard and do something about it with all of them if they appear to go astray. THERE NEEDS TO BE A WAR CRIMES TRIAL FOR ALL THE TOP DISASTERADMINISTRATION LEADERS. If we as a people dont do this, then it will be our sons and daughters that were ordered to do their dirty work(just like at Abu Ghraib)that will be put on trial for WAR CRIMES.

Well here we are again. Corporate SOCIALISM run wild. We the tax payor are looking to bail out the auto industry. If we look at who owns the Auto industry, we would say why bother. My blog of 1/9/07 spelled it out well;

The above is just the first catch lines from an AP news post courtesy of Google where most of you search and get your news today. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE NEWS? I posted a blog in early October regarding Oil prices and supply and demand. I warned then that Big Oil was lowering gasoline prices($2.15 per gallon) in the face of rising Oil prices($68 per barrel) at the time to ease the Republican midterm election. Did anyone listen? Maybe. I said that after the election there would be higher prices because win or lose, Big Oil would not need to help anyone, just themselves to gross, unheard of profits. These profits come from you and me. Are you ready to still buy gas guzzeling cars America? Are you ready to continue with the same popaganda campaign from American auto makers for the global damaging cars that they have to give you incentives to buy? The price of a barrel of Oil is less than $59. The price of a gallon of gasoline now is $2.55 now. Lets see.......that means supply and demand work opposite than what I learned in school. I was taught with more supply price goes down. I am so glad to live in America, the land of the FREE MARKET, where Oil prices go down and the cost of gasoline miraculously goes UP. That is not the only thing, the profits of Big Oil go up also. You know what does go down? The cost of GAS GUZZELING autos goes down. Since the Republicans are no longer for sale in Congress because they were marginalized by the American People, the only way Big Oil can shove their profits down the throats of the American public now is to control their driving habit. Boy you would think that these companies have a vested interest in America buying gas guzzeling cars. I guess if I was making 10 billion dollars a quarter like Exxon, I would have a vested interest.
There are a couple of Dirty Harry questions that you have to ask yourself.
Was it worth having the Rebulicans giving tax breaks to Big Oil?
Was it worth getting rid of alternative energy vehicles at the cost of the Environment?
Was it worth turning economics on its head to put money in the pockets of a few rich Corporations?
We have to demand a fair society, where market forces are governed by market forces and not the manipulations of a few wealthy corporations with the purchase of government co-conspiritors(Read Republicans). You elected people to Represent a new direction for our society, hold their feet to the fire.

I do know why we got rid of the electric vehicles in the 70's and I do know why we have not been able to build other than gas guzzlers. So lets figure, Exxon made 33 billion dollars last year with the last quarter yet to be counted. They could actually bail out the auto industry, and tuck away a tidy profit of 8 billion dollars. We could keep buying the gas guzzlers that they direct the big 3 auto makers to build, and they would still OWN, with the rest of Big OIL, two profitable industries. Hey they could even lobby Congress so that we still consume FOREIGN OIL at a higher rate......Wait a second. They already have done that.
Like the price of gas now? It has no relationship to the real price that they are paying in the world. So go out and buy that SUV that is on sale now. Cheap gas is designed to make you feel better so you will continue to purchase the gas hog. The industry keeps saying we did not build green cars because America did not want green cars. Of course, they did not tell you that it was their advertising that got you out to buy the crap they were selling, rather than what America really wanted. That is really why smaller foreign cars gained so much market share in the last two decades. Big Oil through Big Auto are trying to pick your packets again. Do you feel it America?

Their characters were never questioned from this standpoint until you got to George Wallace and then Racism was no longer tolerated by the MAJORITY of Americans. So now we do our RACISM below board, just like Barack is now according to this email. So let's sit back and enjoy another RACIST in the oval office. We are having the worst financial crisis in 70 years and our government is taking off two days from doing anything because of the Jewish holiday?!?! Gee, as I recall, this is a Christian country. We did not do anything for Ramadan. We did not stop the presses, did not interupt our routine or even acknowledge that this was taking place. There are more followers of Mohamed than follows of whoever the Jews believe butters their bread. 5% versus 3%. But you would not get this since our foreign policy, foreign aide, and our military industrial complex is geared toward what Israel wants and needs. Why aren't we bailing out Italy's failed economy? There are more Italians in America than Jews. 5.6% versus 3%. We dont give Italy 30$ billion in foreign aide per year. Why not??????? And should I mention Mexicans and our financial treatment of Mexico and that ethnic group in our country?!?!?!?!

Even as the US careens into its greatest economic calamity since the Great Depression, the financial aristocracy whose parasitism and criminality has brought on the crisis has held its own—and then some.

The recently released Forbes 400 list of the richest Americans shows that the combined wealth of the aristocracy has increased 2 percent, even amidst the financial breakdown and recession of the economy. "In this, the 27th edition of the list," Forbes glumly notes, "the assembled net worth of America's wealthiest rose by $30 billion—only 2%—to $1.57 trillion."

Readers will be forgiven for tripping over the word "only" in relationship to a $30 billion increase in wealth for 400 spectacularly wealthy individuals. This "modest" figure—the increase in wealth for the oligarchy in a bad year—is only slightly less than the federal government has budgeted for unemployment insurance for all of 2008.

The overall wealth of the 400 richest Americans is staggering. There are no multimillionaires on the list; a minimum of $1.3 billion being required to gain admittance, while the average net worth is $3.9 billion.

The combined wealth of the richest 400 individuals is $400 billion more than the entire discretionary spending budget for the federal government. It is more than $300 billion larger than the combined 2008 outlay for Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid. It is more than 15 times the combined appropriations for education and highways and mass transit.

The personal wealth of the top 400 Americans is more than twice the combined annual GDP of all of sub-Saharan Africa, home to nearly 800 million people, the vast majority of whom live in dire conditions. It is also several hundred billion dollars larger than the GDP of the world's eighth biggest economy, that of Spain.

The club's richest member is Microsoft magnate Bill Gates, whose net worth, $57 billion, is greater than the annual GDP of about 120 of the world's 180 nations.

The year's biggest winner is New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, whose personal wealth increased by $8.5 billion to $20 billion, making Bloomberg the nation's eighth richest individual.

On Tuesday, without a hint of irony—much less shame—Mayor Bloomberg proposed brutal across-the-board budget cuts for the city of New York. He is calling for cutbacks totaling $500 million for the current fiscal year, to be followed by much steeper cuts in the coming years. Meanwhile Bloomberg, in the course of just one year, pocketed 17 times what he is now demanding that millions of working people in New York City forfeit in terms of vital services and jobs. Only in America!

However, owing to the turbulence of the stock market, great fortunes were being both made and squandered even as Forbes published its list. "The Forbes 400 is a snapshot of estimated wealth on Aug. 29, 2008, the day we locked in prices of publicly traded stocks," the magazine wrote. "Given how unsettled the stock market is, some of those on our list will become significantly richer or poorer within weeks—even days—of publication. Many, including AIG shareholders Eli Broad and Steven Udvar-Hazy, have lost hundreds of millions of dollars."

Becoming poorer is of course a relative process; we can be certain that none of the demoted oligarchs faces hunger.

Among this year's biggest "losers"—and there is a degree of poetic justice in this—are casino moguls. Kirk Kerkorian has managed to squander $6.8 billion of ill-gotten social wealth, while the fortune of his rival Sheldon Adelson "has fallen $13 billion in the past 12 months—$1.5 million per hour." Adelson has managed to lose more in an hour than most US workers will earn in a lifetime.

That the nation's financial aristocracy continues to gorge itself even as the economy stagnates demonstrates the increasing parasitism of the elite. The wealth of the super-rich is no longer bound up with the growth of the real economy, as it was in the days of Carnegie, Rockefeller, and Ford. Just the opposite is the case. The wealth of the aristocracy is based on the plundering and destruction of the real economy.

A perusal of the basis of the Forbes 400 members' wealth illustrates the parasitic nature of US capitalism. The largest two categories on the list are "finance" with 65 members and "investments" with 51. Among the "sources" Forbes lists for these categories are "leveraged buyouts," "investments," "hedge funds," "money management," and "banking, insurance."

The next largest category is "media/entertainment," with 36 representatives among the Fortune 400, followed by the 35 members in the highly toxic "real estate" category. There are 30 members of the Fortune 400 who have reaped their fortunes from "technology," almost all from Internet ventures or computer technology. Twenty-eight more are found in the "oil/gas" category.

Among the Fortune 400 there are 20 in the "retail" group, among them seven members of the Walton clan, owners of Wal-Mart, who collectively have assets of over $100 billion.

It has to be asked: Are there any members of the Forbes 400 actually associated with producing commodities or creating wealth of some sort?

There are only 19 members of the 400 in the category called "manufacturing." However, upon inspection we see that this group is comprised of corporate raiders, oil refiners, inheritors, and controllers of holding companies. Only five members of this classification are actually associated with producing a commodity—and four of these produce light consumer goods.

Likewise, there are only 11 members of the financial aristocracy whose wealth has been associated with commodity production in the agricultural sector. But among these, nine are inheritors of the Cargill fortune. Of the other two, one has gained his fortune selling discount cigarettes; another by producing pesticides in Argentina.

There are nine members of the group in the "apparel" category, which is split between those whose wealth has come from retail sales, such as the owners of the Gap clothing stores, and those who have made windfalls by producing consumer goods in low-cost countries and selling the products for inflated prices in the US, such as Phil Knight of Nike.

There is only one member of the "construction/engineering" category, the 321st richest American, Alfred Clark, who has made his fortune by building sports stadiums. The "food" category, of which there are 21 members, is divided among retailers, inheritors, and the owners of single product lines, including the owner of the Slim-Fast empire. There are only three members of the "shipping/trucking/transport" category, and one member of "mining/lumber" (whose wealth came from overseas ventures).

In short, the incredible fortunes accumulated by the American elite have precious little to do with socially useful production. On the contrary, the financial aristocracy has reaped its obscene piles of wealth from the gutting of infrastructure, the shuttering of industrial production, and the impoverishment of working people, the broad mass of the population.

Headlines have me chuckling these days. The Fed Chairman came out with a statement that said we will need to "bail out" the big Wall Street firms with $700 billion if we don't want to go into a RECESSION. Where has this guy been? What America does he live in that he thinks we are not in a RECESSION already. I wonder at which kitchen table that he worries about his Mortgage. Another talking head said that this is a financial 911. I know that every time I have heard that, some politician is LYING to me. This last 8 years has been one disaster after another. Now it is finances. I also love the guys that are coming out and blaming the American People for this mess. The say things like, 'the public wanted these mortgages that they knew they could not afford", and the new idea about lending to MINORITIES through the Fair Housing Act, somehow they are to blame that predatory lenders got hold of them and charged them more and set them up for failure. Whenever I have financed a house, I have never read all the document&183; I rely on a professional to give me good advice. But the professionals did not set up the program or even read the whole thing and understand all the rules either. They just know how much commission they make off which instrument. NO, it is the institutions that made up the writing and contracts that we do not read, that we rely on experts to interpret for us. It is the MORGAN STANLEY's, MERRIL LYNCH's, and the AIG's of this economy that have done this. I am still working, still paying my credit card that they changed the rules on to charge me more interest. I still get money out of the ATM that they encourage me to use and charge me $2 to use each time. I still buy the Big Screen TV from MAGNAVOX that they encourage me to buy, that was Made in China instead of employing a fellow American and the piece of crap TV dies on me several months after the warranty. Is it me that is responsible for forming my buying habits, my financing habits, the way I spend my hard earned money? That is what these ASSHOLES from the disasteradministration would have me believe. Or they would play on my fears of MINORITIES, people who are different than me to stir me up and get me to believe that, WE the American People need to hand over $700 billion of our hard earned money to ASSHOLES that already made more money in their paycheck than me in the first place. Why am I "BAILING" them out?
Let's look at the recent history of the disasteradministration. The disastervicepresident came from Haliburton. He came from the Military-Industrial complex. Then the contrived ATTACK on NEW YORK happened and the disasteradministration had their opportunity. We got suckered into WAR with lies, deceit and traitorous activities(OUTING AN UNDERCOVER CIA AGENT IN TIME OF WAR). Who made money off the ILLEGAL PRE-EMPTIVE WAR with IRAQ? Of course these guys and all their cohorts in the Military-Industrial Complex that Eisenhower warned us about. This is the only industry that we still don't ship overseas, so they still all have jobs. The only industry that the disasterpresident and his elite Republican operatives(the Democrats have done this also)could not funnel large amounts of tax payer dollars to without a huge backlash is the financial institutions of the country. He could not start a trade war that loses people money. Hmmm, How could he do it? Shazammmm. After eight years of dismantling the safeguards of regulation over financial institutions(WITH THE ENTHUSIASTIC HELP OF JOHN MCCAIN), they start having problems meeting their obligations on bad debt that they promoted, sold and made huge commissions on. Then these same institutions packaged these bad loans to hide them just like ENRON. Oh! 911 all over again, in a financial sense. We are in crisis! Be afraid! Embrace your fear, with a little help from a well practiced propaganda machine. And now we have to hand them $700 billion dollars. Ah, I get it. This is the way the disasterpresident was going to give a going away present to his financial institution buddies. $700 billion can buy a lot more houses and a lot more yachts.

The words that the disasterpresident is using in this crisis of his own making is matching up verbatim with the words he used in the Executive order to Assume control of the Civil Order in the event of an Attack, Natural Disaster, or Financial Crisis. * EXECUTIVE ORDER 11051 specifies the responsibility of the Office of Emergency Planning and gives authorization to put all Executive Orders into effect in times of increased international tensions and economic or financial crisis.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11310 grants authority to the Department of Justice to enforce the plans set out in Executive Orders, to institute industrial support, to establish judicial and legislative liaison, to control all aliens, to operate penal and correctional institutions, and to advise and assist the President.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 11921 allows the Federal Emergency Preparedness Agency to develop plans to establish control over the mechanisms of production and distribution, of energy sources, wages, salaries, credit and the flow of money in U.S. financial institution in any undefined national emergency. It also provides that when a state of emergency is declared by the President, Congress cannot review the action for six months.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 12148 created the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) that is to interface with the Department of Defense for civil defense planning and funding. An "emergency czar" was appointed. FEMA has only spent about 6 percent of its budget on national emergencies, the bulk of their funding has been used for the construction of secret underground facilities to assure continuity of government in case of a major emergency, foreign or domestic.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 12656 appointed the National Security Council as the principal body that should consider emergency powers. This allows the government to increase domestic intelligence and surveillance of U.S. citizens and would restrict the freedom of movement within the United States and granted the government the right to isolate large groups of civilians. The National Guard could be federalized to seal all borders and take control of U.S. air space and all ports of entry. Many of the figures in the Iran-Contra scandal were part of this emergency contingent, including Marine Colonel Oliver North.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency has broad powers in every aspect of the nation. General Frank Salzedo, chief of FEMA's Civil Security Division stated in a 1983 conference that he saw FEMA's role as a "new frontier in the protection of individual and governmental leaders from assassination, and of civil and military installations from sabotage and/or attack, as well as prevention of dissident groups from gaining access to U.S. opinion, or a global audience in times of crisis.

EXECUTIVE ORDER 10990 allows the government to take over all modes of transportation and control of highways and seaports.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 10995 allows the government to seize and control the communication media.

* EXECUTIVE ORDER 10997 allows the government to take over all electrical power, gas, petroleum, fuels and minerals.

Well, welcome the 2008 election. We see the candidates squaring off with the usual ads. We see one candidate(Obama) that caught fire in the primary beating a well seasoned politician(Hillary)with the message of Change. The Democrats gave this candidate and his message the slightest nod over the other. The popular vote was extremely close and the delegate vote was 52-48 % which is a win in our all or nothing society.

Obama has continued to carry the message of change and attract newer and younger voters into the process. This is good. He does represent New Ideas and definately and New Face to the power structure in Washington.

This is the year everyone hearlded as the year the Democrats could not lose. You have a Republican disasterpresident that has effectively destroyed the credibility of the Federal Government both at home and abroad. You have an economy that has been out of control since the disasterpresident has been in the White House. We continue to lose ground in terms of our personal wealth as compared to the rest of the world. We are not working because there are few jobs that will support families anymore.
They have been in charge of congress since 1994 and in the White House since 2001. Remember these facts in that time frame: The Republicans are going to run McCains campaign as if they are brand new. They are going to put out and have already ads with this motto similar to Obama. They are going to make McCain look very similar then play the Patriot card, I was a POW, I stood up for my country, I put my hand over my heart when I see the flag.......etc. If they match up they figure they will make the messages of both candidates cloudy and therefore we might just elect a WAR HERO.
Lets talk about heros. Getting shot down, losing a 5 million dollar piece of equipment that Tax payors paid for is not a hero. Getting beat up in prison does not make you a hero. If these things do make him a hero, then promoting and supporting an illegal war and torture, and sending 4100+ Americans to their death needlessly makes him a traitor to this country.
The Republicans have a need to stay in Power so that crimes do not come out and get little investigation. When a Republican administration comes in they bring the same old guys that have been serving Republicans for years. Many of the people in the disasteradministration now were Nixons people. None of you knew, and most of you will not remember Michael A Monsoor. I want you all to know him now and understand why. According to his obituary, he was a loyal friend, a quiet, dedicated professional. He always had something funny to say. He drew strength from family and faith. He came from a family of strong faith and strong commitment. Unfortunately, this is where his story ends, only if you forget him. Michael A Monsoor represented the best of your generation. He was that guy that volunteered to do great violence for the sake of America, so that you can sleep soundly each and every night. He may have done it because he believed in it. He may have done it because he thought it was right. We may never know why he did it. His family may know why. Their privacy and grief should be respected.Michael A Monsoor was only the second Navy SEAL to die in combat in Iraq. The Petty Officer was on a mission in a SEAL team of four when he was struck in the chest with a grenade that bounced off and fell in front of him. In the middle of his team, he went right down to the floor on top of the grenade without hesitation. He saved the lives of everyone on his team. He was 25.Your generation must never forget that we have the luxury to comment and speak freely. You must use that power well, if only for the sake of the commitment of Michael A Monsoor. Each generation has had him standing committed to its ultimate defense. You must remember that our society still breeds the idea that people must die for our freedom. US Congress approves Israel aid increase 27 Jun 2008 The US Congress has approved a 170 million dollar increase in security assistance to Israel as part of its new 10-year, 30 billion dollar 'defense' aid commitment to the Jewish state. The money for Israel was part of a larger supplemental spending bill that included 162 billion dollars for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. America's pro-Israel lobby, the American Israel Public Affairs Committee, welcomed the congressional action, saying it would increase US aid to Israel to 2.55 billion dollars in fiscal year 2009, up from 2.38 billion dollars this year.

Why do we need to send 30 billion dollars a year to strongest military power in that region, a nuclear power to boot.? If their economy was so strong and their Theocracy so solid, why would they NEED this money? Why would they also NEED and RELY on the 100 billion dollars a year the the Jewish diaspora sends to them? Their state and their economy have been carried for years by outsiders, mainly the United States. Just as South Africa had gold and other minerals to keep it afloat as long as it could without help, Israel needs to be connected to the world and integrate its economy to make it viable. Cuba is another example of this. Oh someone Irish lecturing on holocaust. The Irish have killed each other for sport for 200 years. The highest infant mortality rate in the world is at Israeli military checkpoints. This is not a litmus test, this is what is happening and being perpetrated on the ground in Palestine. It is wonderful that the Democrats are doing everything they can to loose the next election. No, I don't mean carrying on the primary process too long. No, I dont think Hillary should drop out(eventhough today is the last primary). This would be defeating the whole idea of having an election.

The Democrats have decided that the states of Michigan and Florida only have half people in them. Somehow their votes dont quite count. This was a compromise of historic proportions and they dont even get how that is. It happened in the year that the first African American has a real shot at the Presidency. These people are worth less than slaves and the Democrats have now re-institutionalized this notion.

At the time our constitution was written, our founding Fathers lacked the moral courage to live up to their words and let "ALL MEN" enjoy the fruits of Democracy. They bowed down to special interests in our young country and continued to allow SLAVERY to exist in our 'FREE' society. This of course eventually led to a polarization in our society based on economics(sound familiar). SLAVE states were allowed to count SLAVES as two thirds for the purpose of Congressional Representation. So SLAVES could not be free, could not vote, but could count toward Congressional representation for the States that held them in SLAVERY. This was the Great Compromise our Founding Fathers made with our Constitution.

Now the Democrats figured that in punishing the good people of Michigan and Florida for their choice of when to hold FREE elections would compromise. The Great Compromise; They will only be counted as half people. That is even less than the SLAVES counted for at the founding of our Democracy.

Democracy means one person one vote. Anything less treats us unequally.

Our Social Security

Franklin Roosevelt, a Democrat, introduced the Social Security (FICA)

Program. He promised:

1.) That participation in the Program would be Completely voluntary,

2.) That the participants would only have to pay 1% of the first $1,400

Of their annual Incomes into the Program,

3.) That the money the participants elected to put into the Program

would be deductible from their income for tax purposes each year,

4.) That the money the participants put into the independent "Trust

Fund" rather than into the general operating fund, and therefore, would only

Be used to fund the Social Security Retirement Program, and no other

Government program, and, 5.) That the annuity payments to the retirees would

never be taxed as income.

Since many of us have paid into FICA for years and are now receiving a

Social Security check every month -- and then finding that we are

Getting taxed on 85% of the money we paid to the Federal government to "put

Clinton-Gore Economic Plan Is Working. In 1993, President Clinton put in place a three-part economic strategy of fiscal discipline, investing in people, and opening markets abroad. Today's figures provide even more evidence that the Administration's strategy is working:

The Largest Surplus in History:

* The $123 billion surplus in 1999 is the largest dollar surplus in history, even after adjusting for inflation;
* The surplus, expected to be about 1.4% of GDP, is the largest surplus as a share of the economy since 1951;
* 1999 is the second year in a row of surplus, marking the first back-to-back surpluses since 1956-57;
* This is the first time in U.S. history that we've experienced seven years in a row of fiscal improvement.

The Largest Debt Reduction in History:

* Over the last two years, America has paid down $140 billion in public debt, the largest debt pay-down ever;
* The debt held by the public is $1.7 trillion lower than was projected when President Clinton took office;
* As a result, in 1999 alone, interest payments on the debt were $91 billion lower than projected.

What Debt Reduction Means for Americans. Paying down the debt means:

Here's your question, class:

In his State of the Union, the President asked Congress for $300 million for poor kids in the inner city. As there are, officially, 15 million children in America living in poverty, how much is that per child? Correct! $20.

Here's your second question. The President also demanded that Congress extend his tax cuts. The cost: $4.3 trillion over ten years. The big recipients are millionaires. And the number of millionaires happens, not coincidentally, to equal the number of poor kids, roughly 15 million of them. OK class: what is the cost of the tax cut per millionaire? That's right, Richie, $287,000 apiece.

Mr. Bush said, "In neighborhoods across our country, there are boys and girls with dreams. And a decent education is their only hope of achieving them."

So how much educational dreaming will $20 buy?

-George Bush's alma mater, Phillips Andover Academy, tells us their annual tuition is $37,200. The $20 "Pell Grant for Kids," as the White House calls it, will buy a poor kid about 35 minutes of this educational dream. So they'll have to wake up quickly.

-$20 won't cover the cost of the final book in the Harry Potter series.

If you can't buy a book nor pay tuition with a sawbuck, what exactly can a poor kid buy with $20 in urban America? The Palast Investigative Team donned baseball caps and big pants and discovered we could obtain what local citizens call a "rock" of crack cocaine. For $20, we were guaranteed we could fulfill any kid's dream for at least 15 minutes.

Now we could see the incontrovertible logic in what appeared to be quixotic ravings by the President about free trade with Colombia, Pell Grant for Kids and the surge in Iraq. In Iraq, General Petraeus tells us we must continue to feed in troops for another ten years. There is no way the military can recruit these freedom fighters unless our lower income youth are high, hooked and desperate. Don't say, 'crack vials,' they're, 'Democracy Rocks'!

The plan would have been clearer if Mr. Bush had kept in his speech the line from his original draft which read, "I have ordered 30,000 additional troops to Iraq this year – and I am proud to say my military-age kids are not among them."

Of course, there's an effective alternative to Mr. Bush's plan – which won't cost a penny more. Simply turn it upside down. Let's give each millionaire in America a $20 bill, and every poor child $287,000.

And, there's an added benefit to this alternative. Had we turned Mr. Bush and his plan upside down, he could have spoken to Congress from his heart.

This dwarfs the amount that would have insured childrens health care that the traitor in the disasterwhitehouse vetoed. This brings the war to 200 billion this year. The suicide rate among our troops is higher than in any previous war in our history. Do they know something is wrong? Over 70% of Americans are against the war. Do they know something is wrong? The coalition of the suckups is melting away before our eyes, even those lap dogs the British. Do they know something is wrong? More information leaks out of this disasteradministration than out of the New York Times press office and the Washington Press corps still bow and scrape for the disasterpresident. We have heard a lot of spin and propaganda from the disaster administration about how Iran is a threat. Iran's president was not allowed to lay a wreath at the site of the attack on New York. I guess the disasteradministration is now going to sell the idiots in this country that still listen that Iran had something to do with the attack on New York. There will be idiots like this......Karl Rove is still calling the disasterwhitehouse making suggestions.
Let's examine what the real truth might be. The International Atomic Energy Agency of the UN meets in Vienna has reported on this almost quarterly since the disasterpresident first started making his threats against Iran. I had the privilege of sitting in the audience and watching these procedings once upon a time. They have reported that Iran is years away from building an atomic bomb. They have reported that Iran is in compliance with their standards. Well, we did not listen to the inspectors in Iraq either........
Iran has been and is constantly being threatened by two nuclear powers as well as attacked covertly. Both the US and Israel have been conducting covert operations against Iran for quite some time. The US just recently in June turned away a first strike by Israeli warplanes over Iraq heading for what is thought to be Iran's nuclear laboratory. I guess the US is not quite as stupid militarily as we thought. I wish the State Department worked as well.
Iran is being blamed for the new super explosives that are killing our soldiers in their inadequate vehicles courtesy of the disaster administration. Gee, who would really be interested in us bogged down in a war that we could not win that would drain our power? Russia and China come to mind. And yes they are the same people who have been supplying weapons to the 'insurgents' and anyone else who will buy. Do you thing that the US is the only country that sells(profits from) weapons to whoever will buy them in the world no matter how heinous their regime. That is just not the way capitalism works boys and girls, we profit no matter what.
Iran is a complicated regime. It is pretty obvious that they have enough problems without being buddies with Al Queda as the disasterpresident would have you believe. Gasoline is more expensive there than here. Some parts of Iran gas cant be had at any price. Most of their population is below 35. Try running a theocratic dictatorship with that kind of demographic, no small task.
The Revolutionary Guards in Iran were set up because Iran completely got rid of the Shahs very strong western army. Instead, Iran took a bunch of thugs that believe in the rule of the mullahs, pledge to the Koran and terrorize the civilian population that is very western in thinking and attitude. Their leaders are fat old men that survived the terrible war with Iraq. They have implemented no real military training or structure to the Revolutionary Guard and needless to say discipline is lacking. They have incidents all the time that is an embarrassment to their administration. They are not a threat.
We should wake up and see who really wants to keep us bogged down and lose another war, Russia. The guys in charge there were mid-level managers when their Afghanistan War took place. They know full well that we were behind the insurgency there and Osama as one of the main functionaries. Who do you think has stockpiles of weapons with which they have been flooding the market? Russia. Who would love to see us fall on our ass? Russia. Who do you think would like to get some revenge for the suffering they experienced through the war and after the collapse of Russia? Russia. Their Afghan War generation are the people just coming to power. You think that they will be pissed off that we funded and armed the people that maimed them in their War.
Iran as a government has no interest in keeping an unstable state(s) on either side of them. Iran is trying to protect themselves against the next problem, oil running out. With nuclear power they can keep the lights on. They were importing oil from Iraq before this latest war!
When are we going to turn off the propaganda and really look at what our foreign policy should be. It needs to benefit the American people and not just Israel. It needs to look at our real competition in the world, Russia and China. They will present the real challenge to the US in the next decade.

I continue to be amazed at the bare fiction that is portrayed by the Neo-cons and their inferred Iconic histories. What got me started was the whole idea that a rus limbaugh could dare to say in public that our troops are somehow less than honest. They are somehow less than good soldiers. They somehow dont deserve our respect. The fat hypocrite could dare to infer that he has some knowledge in this area of reality. Spewing out the repetition of propaganda by this administration is tough work, but he takes us overboard when he pushes the glory of the war and our sons and daughters in harms way when during his opportunity to serve he proved to be a COWARD. Paul Wolfowitz: The closest he got to military service was working in the Pentagon during the 70's. Then he was for arms control and preventing wars. He was a Democrat then go figure. He later became a Republican, quickly changed his stance on war(never having served his country)to chickenhawk. He also started having a series of affairs in the late 90's and left his wife. The latest girlfriend he got such a wonderful job at the World Bank that it got him fired. So much for Republican family values, I guess the disasterpresidents Christian cover story does not apply to paul because he is Jewish.

Richard Perle(or nicknamed "the Prince of Darkness"): The closest he got to military service was helping negotiate the wheat deal with the Russians under Richard Nixon for then Senator Henry Jackson (D) Washington. Perle is also a registered Democrat go figure. He is still married although he too does not fall under the Christian cover because he is also Jewish. This last fact tends to be his defining influence in the disasteradministration. He took $50,000 from an Israeli company who just happen to win, with his lobbying efforts, large Pentagon contracts. He along with Feith and Wurmser(two other disasteradministration WAR CRIMINAL chickenhawks) wrote "A Clean Break: A New Strategy for Securing the Realm". This was the latest attempt to get Israel to not be so SOCIALIST. He also is a Director of the Jerasulem Post and has his vacation home in Southern France. So much for freedom fries.

Dick Chenney: Enough said. 5 student deferments during Viet Nam, prove him to be just about the biggest chickenhawk of this disasteradministration. He continues to rack in millions of dollars from Haliburton from contracts and 'exclusive contracts'(which did not even happened in WWII which these TRAITORS continue to tie this invented war). He has proved two faced to the public and the men in uniform. He has violated numerous laws as well as ignoring the constitution and civil liberties in the pursuit of his agenda, whatever that is. If his agenda is personal wealth, he has succeeded. If his agenda is personal power, he has succeeded. If his agenda is securing Democracy and protecting the constitution, he deliberately failed. If his agenda is protecting the American people, we are now the targets of every extremist around the world, he deliberately failed. He is still married, but disowns his gay daughter. Oh, his little hunting trip, gee, they were drinking and had 'other' women along on the trip. That is why they needed a few days to come out with a good story.

He joined up in the Texas Air National Guard ahead of a long waiting line of applicants(I guess they did not have Daddies that were Congressmen). He has let Americans die for no good reason, other than he is incompetent, lazy, and profiting from the foreign policy that he has set in motion. Yes, the Pretzel still has about 20% of the population(MORONS) still believing that Saddam had something to do with the attack on New York.

And now I will talk about my local Congressman Dan Lungren. He is a big chickenhawk TRAITOR to our country and our values. His father happened to be the man that performed Dans physical for military service. His Dad found that poor Dan had physical problems for which he was pronounced 4F for military service. And Dan was just chomping at the bit to go to Viet Nam. I guess the fact the Dan was so let down by this that now he is sublimating his desire to serve in combat(CHICKENSHITHAWK) that he is sending our sons and daughters to the slaughter in Iraq. He cant answer questions why they are there at his town meetings. He cant answer why he voted against funding children's health care other than repeating the disasteradministration line. He cant answer why his own children will not serve in the military other than he has a firm belief in avoiding any service to your country that might get you killed. Bush knew Saddam had no weapons of mass destruction

Salon exclusive: Two former CIA officers say the president squelched top-secret intelligence, and a briefing by George Tenet, months before invading Iraq.

Sept. 6, 2007 | On Sept. 18, 2002, CIA director George Tenet briefed President Bush in the Oval Office on top-secret intelligence that Saddam Hussein did not have weapons of mass destruction, according to two former senior CIA officers. Bush dismissed as worthless this information from the Iraqi foreign minister, a member of Saddam's inner circle, although it turned out to be accurate in every detail. Tenet never brought it up again.

Nor was the intelligence included in the National Intelligence Estimate of October 2002, which stated categorically that Iraq possessed WMD. No one in Congress was aware of the secret intelligence that Saddam had no WMD as the House of Representatives and the Senate voted, a week after the submission of the NIE, on the Authorization for Use of Military Force in Iraq. The information, moreover, was not circulated within the CIA among those agents involved in operations to prove whether Saddam had WMD.

On April 23, 2006, CBS's "60 Minutes" interviewed Tyler Drumheller, the former CIA chief of clandestine operations for Europe, who disclosed that the agency had received documentary intelligence from Naji Sabri, Saddam's foreign minister, that Saddam did not have WMD. "We continued to validate him the whole way through," said Drumheller. "The policy was set. The war in Iraq was coming, and they were looking for intelligence to fit into the policy, to justify the policy."

Now two former senior CIA officers have confirmed Drumheller's account to me and provided the background to the story of how the information that might have stopped the invasion of Iraq was twisted in order to justify it. They described what Tenet said to Bush about the lack of WMD, and how Bush responded, and noted that Tenet never shared Sabri's intelligence with then Secretary of State Colin Powell. According to the former officers, the intelligence was also never shared with the senior military planning the invasion, which required U.S. soldiers to receive medical shots against the ill effects of WMD and to wear protective uniforms in the desert.

Instead, said the former officials, the information was distorted in a report written to fit the preconception that Saddam did have WMD programs. That false and restructured report was passed to Richard Dearlove, chief of the British Secret Intelligence Service (MI6), who briefed Prime Minister Tony Blair on it as validation of the cause for war.

Secretary of State Powell, in preparation for his presentation of evidence of Saddam's WMD to the United Nations Security Council on Feb. 5, 2003, spent days at CIA headquarters in Langley, Va., and had Tenet sit directly behind him as a sign of credibility. But Tenet, according to the sources, never told Powell about existing intelligence that there were no WMD, and Powell's speech was later revealed to be a series of falsehoods.

Both the French intelligence service and the CIA paid Sabri hundreds of thousands of dollars (at least $200,000 in the case of the CIA) to give them documents on Saddam's WMD programs. "The information detailed that Saddam may have wished to have a program, that his engineers had told him they could build a nuclear weapon within two years if they had fissile material, which they didn't, and that they had no chemical or biological weapons," one of the former CIA officers told me.

On the eve of Sabri's appearance at the United Nations in September 2002 to present Saddam's case, the officer in charge of this operation met in New York with a "cutout" who had debriefed Sabri for the CIA. Then the officer flew to Washington, where he met with CIA deputy director John McLaughlin, who was "excited" about the report. Nonetheless, McLaughlin expressed his reservations. He said that Sabri's information was at odds with "our best source." That source was code-named "Curveball," later exposed as a fabricator, con man and former Iraqi taxi driver posing as a chemical engineer.

The next day, Sept. 18, Tenet briefed Bush on Sabri. "Tenet told me he briefed the president personally," said one of the former CIA officers. According to Tenet, Bush's response was to call the information "the same old thing." Bush insisted it was simply what Saddam wanted him to think. "The president had no interest in the intelligence," said the CIA officer. The other officer said, "Bush didn't give a fuck about the intelligence. He had his mind made up."

But the CIA officers working on the Sabri case kept collecting information. "We checked on everything he told us." French intelligence eavesdropped on his telephone conversations and shared them with the CIA. These taps "validated" Sabri's claims, according to one of the CIA officers. The officers brought this material to the attention of the newly formed Iraqi Operations Group within the CIA. But those in charge of the IOG were on a mission to prove that Saddam did have WMD and would not give credit to anything that came from the French. "They kept saying the French were trying to undermine the war," said one of the CIA officers.

--> -->The officers continued to insist on the significance of Sabri's information, but one of Tenet's deputies told them, "You haven't figured this out yet. This isn't about intelligence. It's about regime change."

The CIA officers on the case awaited the report they had submitted on Sabri to be circulated back to them, but they never received it. They learned later that a new report had been written. "It was written by someone in the agency, but unclear who or where, it was so tightly controlled. They knew what would please the White House. They knew what the king wanted," one of the officers told me.

That report contained a false preamble stating that Saddam was "aggressively and covertly developing" nuclear weapons and that he already possessed chemical and biological weapons. "Totally out of whack," said one of the CIA officers. "The first [para]graph of an intelligence report is the most important and most read and colors the rest of the report." He pointed out that the case officer who wrote the initial report had not written the preamble and the new memo. "That's not what the original memo said."

The report with the misleading introduction was given to Dearlove of MI6, who briefed the prime minister. "They were given a scaled-down version of the report," said one of the CIA officers. "It was a summary given for liaison, with the sourcing taken out. They showed the British the statement Saddam was pursuing an aggressive program, and rewrote the report to attempt to support that statement. It was insidious. Blair bought it." "Blair was duped," said the other CIA officer. "He was shown the altered report."

The information provided by Sabri was considered so sensitive that it was never shown to those who assembled the NIE on Iraqi WMD. Later revealed to be utterly wrong, the NIE read: "We judge that Iraq has continued its weapons of mass destruction (WMD) programs in defiance of UN resolutions and restrictions. Baghdad has chemical and biological weapons as well as missiles with ranges in excess of UN restrictions; if left unchecked, it probably will have a nuclear weapon during this decade."

In the congressional debate over the Authorization for the Use of Military Force, even those voting against it gave credence to the notion that Saddam possessed WMD. Even a leading opponent such as Sen. Bob Graham, then the Democratic chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, who had instigated the production of the NIE, declared in his floor speech on Oct. 12, 2002, "Saddam Hussein's regime has chemical and biological weapons and is trying to get nuclear capacity." Not a single senator contested otherwise. None of them had an inkling of the Sabri intelligence.

The CIA officers assigned to Sabri still argued within the agency that his information must be taken seriously, but instead the administration preferred to rely on Curveball. Drumheller learned from the German intelligence service that held Curveball that it considered him and his claims about WMD to be highly unreliable. But the CIA's Weapons Intelligence, Nonproliferation, and Arms Control Center (WINPAC) insisted that Curveball was credible because what he said was supposedly congruent with available public information.

For two months, Drumheller fought against the use of Curveball, raising the red flag that he was likely a fraud, as he turned out to be. "Oh, my! I hope that's not true," said Deputy Director McLaughlin, according to Drumheller's book "On the Brink," published in 2006. When Curveball's information was put into Bush's Jan. 28, 2003, State of the Union address, McLaughlin and Tenet allowed it to pass into the speech. "From three Iraqi defectors," Bush declared, "we know that Iraq, in the late 1990s, had several mobile biological weapons labs ... Saddam Hussein has not disclosed these facilities. He's given no evidence that he has destroyed them." In fact, there was only one Iraqi source -- Curveball -- and there were no labs.

When the mobile weapons labs were inserted into the draft of Powell's United Nations speech, Drumheller strongly objected again and believed that the error had been removed. He was shocked watching Powell's speech. "We have firsthand descriptions of biological weapons factories on wheels and on rails," Powell announced. Without the reference to the mobile weapons labs, there was no image of a threat.

--> -->Col. Lawrence Wilkerson, Powell's chief of staff, and Powell himself later lamented that they had not been warned about Curveball. And McLaughlin told the Washington Post in 2006, "If someone had made these doubts clear to me, I would not have permitted the reporting to be used in Secretary Powell's speech." But, in fact, Drumheller's caution was ignored.

As war appeared imminent, the CIA officers on the Sabri case tried to arrange his defection in order to demonstrate that he stood by his information. But he would not leave without bringing out his entire family. "He dithered," said one former CIA officer. And the war came before his escape could be handled.

Tellingly, Sabri's picture was never put on the deck of playing cards of former Saddam officials to be hunted down, a tacit acknowledgment of his covert relationship with the CIA. Today, Sabri lives in Qatar.

In 2005, the Silberman-Robb commission investigating intelligence in the Iraq war failed to interview the case officer directly involved with Sabri; instead its report blamed the entire WMD fiasco on "groupthink" at the CIA. "They didn't want to trace this back to the White House," said the officer.

On Feb. 5, 2004, Tenet delivered a speech at Georgetown University that alluded to Sabri and defended his position on the existence of WMD, which, even then, he contended would still be found. "Several sensitive reports crossed my desk from two sources characterized by our foreign partners as established and reliable," he said. "The first from a source who had direct access to Saddam and his inner circle" -- Naji Sabri -- "said Iraq was not in the possession of a nuclear weapon. However, Iraq was aggressively and covertly developing such a weapon."

Then Tenet claimed with assurance, "The same source said that Iraq was stockpiling chemical weapons." He explained that this intelligence had been central to his belief in the reason for war. "As this information and other sensitive information came across my desk, it solidified and reinforced the judgments that we had reached in my own view of the danger posed by Saddam Hussein and I conveyed this view to our nation's leaders." (Tenet doesn't mention Sabri in his recently published memoir, "At the Center of the Storm.")

But where were the WMD? "Now, I'm sure you're all asking, 'Why haven't we found the weapons?' I've told you the search must continue and it will be difficult."

On Sept. 8, 2006, three Republican senators on the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence -- Orrin Hatch, Saxby Chambliss and Pat Roberts -- signed a letter attempting to counter Drumheller's revelation about Sabri on "60 Minutes": "All of the information about this case so far indicates that the information from this source was that Iraq did have WMD programs." The Republicans also quoted Tenet, who had testified before the committee in July 2006 that Drumheller had "mischaracterized" the intelligence. Still, Drumheller stuck to his guns, telling Reuters, "We have differing interpretations, and I think mine's right."

One of the former senior CIA officers told me that despite the certitude of the three Republican senators, the Senate committee never had the original memo on Sabri. "The committee never got that report," he said. "The material was hidden or lost, and because it was a restricted case, a lot of it was done in hard copy. The whole thing was fogged up, like Curveball."

While one Iraqi source told the CIA that there were no WMD, information that was true but distorted to prove the opposite, another Iraqi source was a fabricator whose lies were eagerly embraced. "The real tragedy is that they had a good source that they misused," said one of the former CIA officers. "The fact is there was nothing there, no threat. But Bush wanted to hear what he wanted to hear."

I have a friend who is an LSO on a carrier attack group that is planning and staging a strike group deployment into the Gulf of Hormuz. (LSO: Landing Signal Officer- she directs carrier aircraft while landing) She told me we are going to attack Iran. She said that all the Air Operation Planning and Asset Tasking are finished. That means that all the targets have been chosen, prioritized, and tasked to specific aircraft, bases, carriers, missile cruisers and so forth.

I asked her why she is telling me this.

Her answer was really amazing.

Like most Marines and former Marines, she is largely apolitical. The fact is, most Marines are trigger pullers and most trigger pullers could care less who the President is. They simply want to be the tip of the sword when it comes to defending the country. She voted once in her life and otherwise was always in some forward post on the water during election season.

Something is wrong with the Navy and the Marines in her view. Always ready to go in harms way, Marines rarely ever question unless it’s a matter of tactics or honor. But something seems awry. Junior and senior officers are starting to grumble, roll their eyes in the hallways. The strain of deployments is beginning to hit every jot and tittle of the Marines and it’s beginning to seep into the daily conversation of Marines and Naval officers in command decision.

"I know this will sound crazy coming from a Naval officer", she said. "But we’re all just waiting for this administration to end. Things that happen at the senior officer level seem more and more to happen outside of the purview of XOs and other officers who typically have a say-so in daily combat and flight operations. Today, orders just come down from the mountaintop and there’s no questioning. In fact, there is no discussing it. I have seen more than one senior commander disappear and then three weeks later we find out that he has been replaced. That’s really weird. It’s also really weird because everyone who has disappeared has questioned whether or not we should be staging a massive attack on Iran."

"We’re not stupid. Most of the members of the fleet read well enough to know what is going on world-wise. We also realize that anyone who has any doubts is in danger of having a long military career yanked out from under them. Keep in mind that most of the people I serve with are happy to be a part of the global war on terror. It’s just that the touch points are what we see since we are the ones out here who are supposedly implementing this grand strategy. But when you liason with administration officials who don’t know that Iranians don’t speak Arabic and have no idea what Iranians live like, then you start having second thoughts about whether these Administration officials are even competent."

I asked her about the attack, how limited and so forth.

"I don’t think it’s limited at all. We are shipping in and assigning every damn Tomahawk we have in inventory. I think this is going to be massive and sudden, like thousands of targets. I believe that no American will know when it happens until after it happens. And whatever the consequences, whatever the consequences, they will have to be lived with. I am sure if my father knew I was telling someone in a news organization that we were about to launch a supposedly secret attack that it would be treason. But something inside me tells me to tell it anyway."

I asked her why she was suddenly so cynical.

"I have become cynical only recently. I also don’t believe anyone will be able to stop this. Bush has become something of an Emperor. He will give the command, and cruise missiles will fly and aircraft will fly and people will die, and yet few of us here are really able to cobble together a great explanation of why this is a good idea. Of course many of us can give you the 4H Club lecture on democracy in the Mid East. But if you asked any of the flight officers whether they have a clear idea of what the goal of this strike is, your answer would sound like something out of a think tank policy paper. But it’s not like Kosovo or when we relieved the tsunami victims. There everyone could tell you in a sentence what we were here doing."

"That’s what’s missing. A real sense of purpose. What’s missing is the answer to what the hell are we doing out here threatening this country with all this power? Last night in the galley, an ensign asked what right do we have to tell a sovereign nation that they can’t build a nuke. I mean the table got EF Hutton quiet. Not so much because the man was asking a question that was off culture. But that he was asking a good question. In fact, the discussion actually followed afterwards topside where someone in our group had to smoke a cigarette. The discussion was intelligent but also in lowered voices. It’s like we aren’t allowed to ask the questions that we always ask before combat. It’s almost as if the average seaman or soldier is doing all the policy work."

She had to hang up. She left by telling me that she believes the attack is a done deal. "It’s only a matter of time before their orders come and they will be sent to station and told to go to Red Alert. She said they were already practicing traps, FARP and FAST." (Trapping is the act of catching the tension wires when landing on the carrier, FARP is Fleet Air Combat Maneuvering Readiness Program- practice dogfighting- and FAST is Fleet Air Superiority Training).

She seemed lost. The first time in my life I have ever heard her sound off rhythm, or unsure of why she is doing something. She knows that there is something rotten in the Naval Command and she, like many of her associates are just hoping that the election brings in someone new, some new situation, or something.

"Yes. We're gong to hit Iran, bigtime. Whatever political discussion that are going in is window dressing and perhaps even a red herring. I see what's going on below deck here in the hangars and weapons bays. And I have a sick feeling about how it's all going to turn out."

The disasterpresident reached back in history(not his best subject) and made the long denied, long awaited analogy with the Viet Nam War. Yes, the Viet Nam War;
Score: Viet Nam - 1 United States - 0. Remember that War? That is the War that, the disasterpresident, Karl Rove, Darth Chenney, Dan 'Gimpy' Lungren, and a host of Republican Family Values Super Patriots(read chickenshithawks) hid under the covers shaking in fear lest they have to go serve their country. Yes, all these men dodged the draft or deserted their post in time of War. Those guys dont remember that War because they were busy and could not be there. While others, mostly Democrats, were standing up and doing their Patriotic duty to the United States, the chickenshithawks were hiding, partying, deserting their Air National Guard Post, and otherwise shaking in fear that their numerous excuses and exemptions from the draft woudl fall through.
The disasterpresident would have you believe that if it wasn't for the US pulling out our troops so quickly from Viet Nam, we would have won. Aside from the obvious assumption he makes that we lost that War, the only thing he gets right in his argument, he imagines that we should not have followed Henry Kissinger's advice; "Declare Victory and get out quick". According to this logic, we should still be in Viet Nam. The disasterpresident did say that building a Democracy in Iraq may take 50 years. If we follow this formula of Nation/Democracy building, our on going casualties from the Viet Nam front would be 170,000 dead to date. Wounded would be that figure multiplied by 8. There would not be space even in the shut down wings of Walter Reed.
With an accelerating price tag on wars and equipment since then, we see the ecconomic cost of the Viet Nam solution that the Disasterpresident proposed as a better historical policy as 3.8 trillion dollars to date.
The disasterpresident makes the same foriegn policy mistakes previous real presidents have made even inviting the same worn out people to resurect those failed policies. It is being done for a much different purpose.
The consequence of this War proposal is to have a perpetual War. Orwell warned us of this path. This perpetual War consumes the resources of the nation and we have no room for social programs. We have no room for Government subsidized Health Care programs. We have no room for education outside the military effort. We only have resources in the budget to keep us safe. When the Cold War ended and we won, the Defense(a misslabel)budget increased. After WWII atleast the military budget dipped a little and we were doing some genuine nation buliding. This state of diverting resources away from social entitlements is the tool that certian wealthy factions of our society have been pushing for years. It was not going to be voted out complely by a representative body of the people no matter how corrupt. No you have to get the people to collude in the process of selling their own future. You do this with Patiotism. You appeal to the sense of duty and sacrifice that most of us have in our society. You send other peoples children off to fight a War that will not benefit them and will squander the future of their children.
The disasterpresident and every other chickenshithawk in the Government need to bring our children home and send their own if these goals are so noble. Lets see them turn over their portfolio and pay down the budget deficit that they ran up subsidizing the corporate oligarchs in the United States. Better yet, lets throw these bastards out of office, bring our troops home, and start treating the world like they are our friends.

Last month when Rev. Lennox Yearwood, Ray McGovern and
I took over 300 people and a petition with over a
million signatures to Congressman John Conyers (D-Mi,
Chair House Judiciary Committee) demanding
impeachment, we believed we were morally correct then.
Despite Rep. Conyers' long record of public service to
our nation and several private meetings that went
absolutely nowhere, and despite the mild to severe
criticism we have received, we believed then and still
believe now that impeaching BushCo is a
Constitutionally mandated requirement and a necessary
tool to reclaim our representative republic, end the
occupations of Iraq and Afghanistan ("The troops
aren't coming home while I'm preznit," GWB), and to
hold the monsters accountable who have wreaked havoc
on our planet.

I believe what we did on July 23rd was the right thing
to do because we are all required to be active
participants in our democracy. One of the reasons that
all branches of our government are so out of control,
Dems or Repugs, is that we have been passive voters
who have allowed our elected officials to get away
literally with murder for generations. The human
element of "We the People" has been suppressed by the
fascist elite and all but forgotten by an American
public that has been lulled into an uncomfortable
apathy by the "vast wasteland" of TV and its
byproduct: a seductive, yet destructive consumerism
that has us constantly striving not only to "keep up
with the Joneses," but "smash the Joneses" in our
quest for more, more, more. We have thousands, if not
millions of Susie Soccer moms in their huge SUVs to
NASCAR dad Nick watching high performing, gas guzzling
cars go round and round in circles wasting precious
oil for our dubious entertainment, while people are
dying, being injured and displaced and while our
troops receive no more support than a yellow magnetic
ribbon on Susie's SUV.

The Rev and I had another dose of reality the other
day and our actions in Conyers' office were confirmed
for both of us when we visited Bethena in al Jazeera
hospital in Amman.

An American fired mortar shell hit twenty-eight year
old, former Baghdad resident, Bethena on June 1st of
this year. Her husband was also injured in the
abhorrent attack and her mother-in-law and
sister-in-law were killed. Due to lack of medical care
at first, Bethena still has a large hole in her
stomach. She was allowed to stay in an American
hospital for 7 days, and then told she had to leave.
With a smashed arm, broken leg, and another leg
amputated above the knee, Bethena had to make her way
to Amman for medical help with her sister. She laid in
her bed gazing at us with pain-filled, yet very aware
eyes and she graciously allowed us to look at her
wounds and record them on film. The entire time we
visited with her, I couldn't help but reflect that
Casey would have been the same age as Bethena just
three days before she was mortared, if he hadn't
already been killed not too far from where Bethena and
her family were hit.

Besides the incontrovertible fact that Bethena was no
threat to the USA and we are occupying her country
illegally and immorally, her hospital bills are
costing the family 750.00 to 1000.00 a day and she
still requires two more surgeries. The family had to
sell their home in Baghdad and is rapidly going
through their savings. Bethena's sister told us that a
woman who suffered a heart attack from fright in the
same mortar attack had her bills covered by the US,
but we won't cover Bethena's bills because she was hit
by an American bomb!

We are going to the American Embassy here in Jordan to
ask the same simple question: "Why?" Why is the
government who harmed her not paying her bills?" and
she is just one of thousands. As the war crimes
compound in Iraq, the resistance heightens and no one
wins in "lose-lose" land.

My campaign for Congress' slogan "People Before
Politics" is the exact opposite of what John Conyers
told me and my staff in a meeting prior to the July
23rd sit-in: "It is more important to me (Conyers) to
put a Democrat back in the White House in '08 than to
end the war!" (Even if it is Hillary "If Saddam won't
disarm, will we disarm him" Clinton") I can guarantee
him that it is not what's most important to Bethena,
the people of Iraq and the thousands of mothers in our
own country who can't sleep at night, concentrate, eat
or do much else for worry of their son or daughter in
Iraq for the lies of BushCo and the criminal
complicity of Congress, Inc.

I wept in John Conyers' office that day as I wept over
Bethena and her plight.

We the People have also failed our soldiers and
Bethena and rest of the innocent citizens of Iraq by
allowing the partisan politics of greed and
destruction to hijack our country. I wish every
American could peer into Bethena's eyes and have an
epiphany that there are many things more important
than partisan politics as usual. I wish news cameras
would show an American mother falling on the ground
screaming in agony for her needlessly killed child. We
see the devastation on Jordanian TV caused in Northern
Iraq where over 500 people were slaughtered yesterday:
we need to see that on our TVs.

Then maybe, just maybe, this monstrosity would end.

Our Israeli Foreign Policy......

Israel has about 200 nuclear weapons, not all immediately deliverable. Where they got them is from South Africa during the Apartheid Governments reign. Everyone else in the world shunned this regime, but Israel openly and covertly traded with them and learned quite well how to control poplulations inside your borders and commit genocide while everyone in the world watches. They also hijacked a French vessal in the Mediteranean in International waters(piracy: I always wondered how you keep an eye patch and a yamica on at the same time....I guess Mosha Dyan was good at it). The Judeo-Fascists do not want a situation with the Arab countries around it like Pakistan has with India. If both sides have weapons they become irrelevant as a force, much like the Cold War. MAD, mutually assured destruction is what we lived by for years with the Russians. We are going back to that again as Russia regains its power through economics.
Israel gets us to do the heavy lifting for their foreign policy objectives. This has dictated everything we have done in the Middle East for the last 60 years. No one was more alarmed than Israel when we Sold Saddam chemical weapons. This is why we had to set up Gulf War I. Saddam was giving money(and prestige) to people blowing themselves up to kill Israelis. When Saddam stabilized his country after the horrendous war with Iran, he looked around for another target. It would have been Israel had we not given out mixed messages with regard to his old intentions on Kuwait. We sucker punched him. Poor bastard did not have WMD, knew he could not win against us and would have never attacked if he knew we would commit against him. He was a brutal dicatator not an idiot. He did not let al Queda on his territory and did not trade with them, they would have destabilized his country like they do everywhere else.
This is what Israel wanted and we did not go far enough. Israel does not want us to withdraw now either. If we withdraw, the sooner the region stabilizes and the sooner they can focus their wealth and anger on Israel. Israel does not have the money or the manpower to thwart a conserted Arab onslaught. So we give them money and keep the region destabilized. Arab anger gets focused on us,

We need an American Foreign policy that is best for America.

Anyone notice that the price of Oil(Read: Operation Iraqi Liberation) is up again to its highest point this year. With all the trouble in the world it is no wonder. We have the Iranians now THE biggest threat on the planet according to the disasterpresident. OOOOOO those evil Triagle of Evil folks. We have to keep 3 (count 'em), 3 carrier flotillas in the Persian Gulf just to contain the menace of Irans 40 odd patrol craft.
We have to stop Iran from any nuclear power.
What we end up doing is making Oil cost more to everyone in the world. So we are making a scarce commodity, even more scarce. This accomplishes What? you ask.
I guess we squezze Iran. Israel thanks us for this because Iran is next on the Israeli Genocide Schedule.
We also have a reason to maintain our military might in the Persian Gulf, center of the worlds energy production.
And the Oil Companies, we make the fat and Happy. We create scarcity and they charge more, right? Opps. Big Oil has lowered refined fuel prices in the US. The price of oil went up 25% and the price of gasoline is down 10%. How does that work? We are Capitalist aren't we? When something gets scarce you charge more right? Not when you're so wealthy that you can manipulate whole populations and economies and make record profits each quarter for the last several years. You time your price increases and decreases to keep the population lulled and content, and please dont question. You manipulate elections and moderate bad ratings for your darling the disasterpresident all by saying "the refinery capacity is down". The price of oil is up now and the price of gas dropped precipitously, and no refineries went on line.
We do not have a free market. We are not Capitalists. We allow corporations to run the economy and the Government with the profits that are subsidized by the American people.
Everyone who is not baaaaing at Fox News need to write their Congressman and have them implement a tax on Big Oil and every other subsidized industry(halibuton, and every defense contractor come to mind) and give that money back to the people to pay off the exorbitant mortgages that were allowed by this disasteradministration in order to take the last bastion of wealth away from the middle class in America. Corportations think we will be much more governable if we NEED that extra job a Walmart to pay the mortgage.

You can read about the commitment that these staunch Christians make. Christian attitudes, particularly their leaders are polarizing. They preach the Theology of hate. They preach the, for us or against us, mentality. They have to have a boogeymen(the Devil)in order to justtify a belief system they feel is not strong enough to stand on its own. Thank you, leave my beliefs alone and out of the Government. Any religious leader raising millions of dollars for a church, is no longer a church and needs to be taxed. Any professed born again Christian that goes into the armed military services is not a Christian but is a hypocrit. Any Christian leader(the disasterpresident comes to mind)that conducts a preemptive war and kills hundreds of thousands of Human Beings in the process is going straight to Hell by their own Theological Tenents, along with any Christian that helped or supported the effort. Do not pass Go, do not collect $200.

Very Scary Things

In September 1998, the collapse of Long Term Capital Management, a giant hedge fund, led to a meltdown in the financial markets similar, in some ways, to what's happening now. During the crisis in '98, I attended a closed-door briefing given by a senior Federal Reserve official, who laid out the grim state of the markets. "What can we do about it?" asked one participant. "Pray," replied the Fed official.

Our prayers were answered. The Fed coordinated a rescue for L.T.C.M., while Robert Rubin, the Treasury secretary at the time, and Alan Greenspan, who was the Fed chairman, assured investors that everything would be all right. And the panic subsided.

Yesterday, President Bush, showing off his M.B.A. vocabulary, similarly tried to reassure the markets. But Mr. Bush is, let's say, a bit lacking in credibility. On the other hand, it's not clear that anyone could do the trick: right now we're suffering from a serious shortage of saviors. And that's too bad, because we might need one.

What's been happening in financial markets over the past few days is something that truly scares monetary economists: liquidity has dried up. That is, markets in stuff that is normally traded all the time - in particular, financial instruments backed by home mortgages - have shut down because there are no buyers.

This could turn out to be nothing more than a brief scare. At worst, however, it could cause a chain reaction of debt defaults.

The origins of the current crunch lie in the financial follies of the last few years, which in retrospect were as irrational as the dot-com mania. The housing bubble was only part of it; across the board, people began acting as if risk had disappeared.

Everyone knows now about the explosion in subprime loans, which allowed people without the usual financial qualifications to buy houses, and the eagerness with which investors bought securities backed by these loans. But investors also snapped up high-yield corporate debt, a k a junk bonds, driving the spread between junk bond yields and U.S. Treasuries down to record lows.

Then reality hit - not all at once, but in a series of blows. First, the housing bubble popped. Then subprime melted down. Then there was a surge in investor nervousness about junk bonds: two months ago the yield on corporate bonds rated B was only 2.45 percent higher than that on government bonds; now the spread is well over 4 percent.

Investors were rattled recently when the subprime meltdown caused the collapse of two hedge funds operated by Bear Stearns, the investment bank. Since then, markets have been manic-depressive, with triple-digit gains or losses in the Dow Jones industrial average - the rule rather than the exception for the past two weeks.

But yesterday's announcement by BNP Paribas, a large French bank, that it was suspending the operations of three of its own funds was, if anything, the most ominous news yet. The suspension was necessary, the bank said, because of "the complete evaporation of liquidity in certain market segments" - that is, there are no buyers.

When liquidity dries up, as I said, it can produce a chain reaction of defaults. Financial institution A can't sell its mortgage-backed securities, so it can't raise enough cash to make the payment it owes to institution B, which then doesn't have the cash to pay institution C - and those who do have cash sit on it, because they don't trust anyone else to repay a loan, which makes things even worse.

And here's the truly scary thing about liquidity crises: it's very hard for policy makers to do anything about them.

The Fed normally responds to economic problems by cutting interest rates - and as of yesterday morning the futures markets put the probability of a rate cut by the Fed before the end of next month at almost 100 percent. It can also lend money to banks that are short of cash: yesterday the European Central Bank, the Fed's trans-Atlantic counterpart, lent banks $130 billion, saying that it would provide unlimited cash if necessary, and the Fed pumped in $24 billion.

But when liquidity dries up, the normal tools of policy lose much of their effectiveness. Reducing the cost of money doesn't do much for borrowers if nobody is willing to make loans. Ensuring that banks have plenty of cash doesn't do much if the cash stays in the banks' vaults.

There are other, more exotic things the Fed and, more important, the executive branch of the U.S. government could do to contain the crisis if the standard policies don't work. But for a variety of reasons, not least the current administration's record of incompetence, we'd really rather not go there.

Let's hope, then, that this crisis blows over as quickly as that of 1998. But I wouldn't count on it.

This is the result of an Iranian Military aircraft full of fuel flying into an apartment building. Boy they sure do build their apartments in Iran strong. Much stronger than our commercial buildings in the US, especially in New York. I wonder why our buildings are built so weak. It must be the faulty steel that melt below regular steel's melting point and puddles for days and weeks in the rubble afterward. It might be that we build them so tall that they just automatically colapse when they get scared , like when planes fly into buildings next to them, or near them, or even across town from them. That would be scary wouldn't it children.........

NSPD Directive 51: More Nazi Magic From White House

The latest Bush directive is full of Nazi magic. Bush's granddad used to support Hitler and even after WWII began, he supported Hitler and only after Peal Harbor, did he stop. The Skull and Bones has Hitler's dining ware and use it in their black magic ceremonies. No major news service, despite most being owned and runn by people who are from the Jewish ethnic group, have pointed out the bizarre names of these 9/11 decrees.

The Nazi party comes from the name NSPD, (National Socialist Party of Deutschland) and Karl Rove and Bush came up with a nifty name for all the directives they create without the input of Congress: the National Security Presidential Directives. Everyone knows that when people come up with names of things, they like to have them match some sort of alphabet soup jingle. So they often first come up with the initials and then try to append appropriate words to it.

All the traitors in the White House are big fans of mystical and hidden meanings. This permeates the entire GOP. For example, when computer hackers working for the GOP altered the computer voting machines in several southern states in 2002, five GOP Congressional winners won with votes of 18181 in their districts. The media said, when there were 2 winners with this number, 'How amazing!' But when there was 5, the media shut up. Never before had anyone won in an election with the same exact number of votes. And certainly, not 5 with a harmonic number that is very outstanding.

I dug around and learned that in Europe, the code word for Hitler is '18' and wearing shirts with this number emblazed on it is illegal in Germany and Austria. So, knowing how many Nazi sympathizers are in the GOP, I thought the hackers used this number as a way of high-fiving each other in secret.

So this week, Bush and his Nazi gang suddenly foist upon us a new Nazi directive. The media professes to be shocked and Congress mumbles a tad but no one is arresting Bush.

This document is the first in a series of National Security Presidential Directives. National Security Presidential Directives shall replace both Presidential Decision Directives and Presidential Review Directives as an instrument for communicating presidential decisions about the national security policies of the United States.
National security includes the defense of the United States of America, protection of our constitutional system of government, and the advancement of United States interests around the globe. National security also depends on America's opportunity to prosper in the world economy. The National Security Act of 1947, as amended, established the National Security Council to advise the President with respect to the integration of domestic, foreign, and military policies relating to national security. That remains its purpose. The NSC shall advise and assist me in integrating all aspects of national security policy as it affects the United States - domestic, foreign, military, intelligence, and economics (in conjunction with the National Economic Council (NEC)). The National Security Council system is a process to coordinate executive departments and agencies in the effective development and implementation of those national security policies.

How sweet it must be to write down or force people to write down, 'NSPD 51'! All of the staff of the White House are gleeful watchers of things like the mis-named 'History Channel' which is mostly about WWII. Everyone in the White House knows this 'NSPD' name matches the initials of the Nazi party. All the editors of newspapers know this too. They won't talk about it because the NSPD goons in the White House have given Jews invading Palestine the green light and lots and lots of money to attack Muslims and Christians. Since the neo-Nazi Zionists are happy as pigs in a feeding frenzy, no one high up in the Jewish community is going to point out the obvious or complain about all this.

Now Karl Rove is this supposed genius who loves the history of WWII. Think he doesn't know all this? Of course. What amused me in this Britannica story is this paragraph:

All authorities will guard against wasting time and energy in useless jurisdictional squabbles, and will direct all their efforts toward strengthening our defensive and offensive power.

Ever since 9/11, an attack the US government refused to fight off, an attack the higher-ups knew was coming and thus, when they refused to lift a finger to stop it, are guilty of treason, arrest them all!---ever since that dark day, the conspiritors who sat idle during the attacks have been busy little bees creating these agencies and czars and Homeland Security which was handed over to an Israeli Zionist who dares not appear in public because he acts like Hitler and looks like a member of the SS....gads.

That sentence alone is grounds for impeachment. The President is NOT the 'Constitutional goverment'. Not even slightly. Congress is this entity. Like with Rome, the Senate becomes a toy of the Emperor who does whatever he wants. This astonishing document is a Dictakt. The word, 'Dictator' refers to the pronouncements of the French Revolutionary, Rospierre. His head was chopped off. The emergencies caused by revolutions usually lead to dictators taking over. But they also take over via other means. Back to Hitler, what did he use when the NSPD was losing seats in the Reichstag?

This invisible, malicious tool of the neo-Nazi Bush family does make speeches before hand-picked audiences. Like Bush and Cheney, he can't appear in public anymore because he is so unpopular. As hurricane season approaches and Barry menaces Florida, he is off chatting about how sweet we are to let a whole 60 Iraqis flee the mess we made there! Wow.

The Nazis were like this. They were so used to screwing up, they didn't care. So long as their dictator, Hitler, could issue decrees and they could kill whoever they wanted, they were happy until the Russians forcibly entered Berlin. The US is in the same situation. We are going down the tubes in economic matters, our currency is increasingly worthless and the Chinese no longer soak up all our inflation, the anthrax killer is safe and sound and surrounded by Secret Service guards and we are losing our own wars just as the Nazis lost their wars.

Whereas, in order for Satan to establish his “New World Order” and destroy the freedom of all people as predicted in the Scriptures, he must first destroy the U.S. There are ways to destroy a nation other than with bombs or bullets. The mostly quiet and unspectacular invasion of illegal immigrants does not focus the attention of the nation the way open warfare does, but is all the more insidious for its stealth and innocuousness.

Whereas, Americans will have to make a choice: either close our borders to illegal immigration, which is now vastly greater than any time in the past, or witness the passing country. The proof of this statement is the record of history. It is a history littered with the gravestones of great nations and civilizations which allowed invaders to overrun them. If we fail to learn from the lessons of history, we are doomed to repeat them.

Whereas, all polls show that the American people overwhelmingly want limited immigration, reform and control of our borders as mandated by the Constitution. But many do not realize the extent of the dangers ahead because of the lack of accurate media coverage and public debate. An important reason for the lack of understanding is that the powerful commercial, political, ethnic, and the godless globalist elites who control the major media do not want the issues of illegal immigration to come to national attention.

Whereas, it is obvious that most promoters of massive immigration and open borders do not like the ideas of patriotism, national identity, sovereignty, our Christian culture and freedom. Many consider themselves cosmopolitans or world citizens. Their religion is atheistic humanism. They are found primarily among the elite of foundations, universities, big business, left-wing politicians, Hollywood, ACLU (Anti-Christian Lawyers Union), CFR (Council on Foreign Relations), the American power elite and the liberal media. They prefer a world without borders ruled by a one world tyrannical government.

Whereas, we cannot benefit the world by eliminating our borders and sovereignty as advocated by Satan’s “axis of evil”, if we do, the world will pull us down to its lowest common level and we will have committed national suicide. In that case, the U.S. will no longer be a free and prosperous land or light of liberty for all nations. Once he has destroyed the U.S., Satan will be able to establish his “Satanic New World Order” and destroy the freedom of all people.

Whereas, the national security and the future of the nation and the American people depends upon how well we do our job and defend our borders. We must control our borders to illegal immigration, have a well regulated temporary worker program, as needed, or face extinction. The destruction of the U.S. by the forces of evil is a top priority of Satan.

Now therefore, we (delegates) are obligated to support the Utah State and Utah County Republicans Platforms regarding the mandates to support the “Rule of Law” and the Constitutional mandate to protect and secure our national borders.

Now therefore, because we support the “Rule of Law,” the Constitution and the principals that made America the greatest and freest nation in history, the Utah County Republican Party supports the closing of our national borders to illegal immigration to prevent the destruction of the U.S. by stealth invasion.

Message to the Congress of the United States Regarding International Emergency Economic Powers Act

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act, as amended (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.)(IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.)(NEA), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code,

I, GEORGE W. BUSH, President of the United States of America, find that, due to the unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States posed by acts of violence threatening the peace and stability of Iraq and undermining efforts to promote economic reconstruction and political reform in Iraq and to provide humanitarian assistance to the Iraqi people, it is in the interests of the United States to take additional steps with respect to the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13303 of May 22, 2003, and expanded in Executive Order 13315 of August 28, 2003, and relied upon for additional steps taken in Executive Order 13350 of July 29, 2004, and Executive Order 13364 of November 29, 2004. I hereby order:

Section 1. (a) Except to the extent provided in section 203(b)(1), (3), and (4) of IEEPA (50 U.S.C. 1702(b)(1), (3), and (4)), or in regulations, orders, directives, or licenses that may be issued pursuant to this order, and notwithstanding any contract entered into or any license or permit granted prior to the date of this order, all property and interests in property of the following persons, that are in the United States, that hereafter come within the United States, or that are or hereafter come within the possession or control of United States persons, are blocked and may not be transferred, paid, exported, withdrawn, or otherwise dealt in: any person determined by the Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Secretary of Defense,

(i) to have committed, or to pose a significant risk of committing, an act or acts of violence that have the purpose or effect of:

(A) threatening the peace or stability of Iraq or the Government of Iraq; or

(B) undermining efforts to promote economic reconstruction and political reform in Iraq or to provide humanitarian assistance to the Iraqi people;

(ii) to have materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial, material, logistical, or technical support for, or goods or services in support of, such an act or acts of violence or any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order; or

(iii) to be owned or controlled by, or to have acted or purported to act for or on behalf of, directly or indirectly, any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order.

(b) The prohibitions in subsection (a) of this section include, but are not limited to, (i) the making of any contribution or provision of funds, goods, or services by, to, or for the benefit of any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order, and (ii) the receipt of any contribution or provision of funds, goods, or services from any such person.

Sec. 2. (a) Any transaction by a United States person or within the United States that evades or avoids, has the purpose of evading or avoiding, or attempts to violate any of the prohibitions set forth in this order is prohibited.

(b) Any conspiracy formed to violate any of the prohibitions set forth in this order is prohibited.

Sec. 3. For purposes of this order:

(a) the term "person" means an individual or entity;

(b) the term "entity" means a partnership, association, trust, joint venture, corporation, group, subgroup, or other organization; and

(c) the term "United States person" means any United States citizen, permanent resident alien, entity organized under the laws of the United States or any jurisdiction within the United States (including foreign branches), or any person in the United States.

Sec. 4. I hereby determine that the making of donations of the type specified in section 203(b)(2) of IEEPA (50 U.S.C. 1702(b)(2)) by, to, or for the benefit of, any person whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order would seriously impair my ability to deal with the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13303 and expanded in Executive Order 13315, and I hereby prohibit such donations as provided by section 1 of this order.

Sec. 5. For those persons whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to this order who might have a constitutional presence in the United States, I find that, because of the ability to transfer funds or other assets instantaneously, prior notice to such persons of measures to be taken pursuant to this order would render these measures ineffectual. I therefore determine that for these measures to be effective in addressing the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13303 and expanded in Executive Order 13315, there need be no prior notice of a listing or determination made pursuant to section 1(a) of this order.

Sec. 6. The Secretary of the Treasury, in consultation with the Secretary of State and the Secretary of Defense, is hereby authorized to take such actions, including the promulgation of rules and regulations, and to employ all powers granted to the President by IEEPA as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this order. The Secretary of the Treasury may redelegate any of these functions to other officers and agencies of the United States Government, consistent with applicable law. All agencies of the United States Government are hereby directed to take all appropriate measures within their authority to carry out the provisions of this order and, where appropriate, to advise the Secretary of the Treasury in a timely manner of the measures taken.

Sec. 7. Nothing in this order is intended to affect the continued effectiveness of any rules, regulations, orders, licenses, or other forms of administrative action issued, taken, or continued in effect heretofore or hereafter under 31 C.F.R. chapter V, except as expressly terminated, modified, or suspended by or pursuant to this order.

Sec. 8. This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right, benefit, or privilege, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, instrumentalities, or entities, its officers or employees, or any other person.

A crime against peace, in international law, refers to the act of military invasion as a war crime, specifically referring to starting or waging war against the integrity, independence, or sovereignty of a territory or state, or else a military violation of relevant international treaties, agreements or legally binding assurances.

An important exception to the forgoing are defensive military actions taken under Article 51 of the UN Charter. Such defensive actions are subject to immediate Security Council review, but do not require UN permission to be legal within international law."Nothing in the present Charter shall impair the inherent right of individual or collective self-defense if an armed attack occurs against a Member of the United Nations." (UN Charter, Article 51) The Security Council will determine if the action is legally the "right of individual or collective self-defense", or it may appoint another UN organ to do this.

Waging a war of aggression is a crime under customary international law. However, there is no legally binding definition of the crime.

The International Military Tribunal at Nuremberg, which followed World War II, called the waging of aggressive war "essentially an evil thing...to initiate a war of aggression...is not only an international crime; it is the supreme international crime differing only from other war crimes in that it contains within itself the accumulated evil of the whole."[1]

Article 39 of the United Nations Charter provides that the Security Council shall determine the existence of any act of aggression and “shall make recommendations, or decide what measures shall be taken in accordance with Articles 41 and 42, to maintain or restore international peace and security”.

The Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court refers to the crime of aggression as one of the “most serious crimes of concern to the international community”, and provides that the crime falls within the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court (ICC). However, the Rome Statute stipulates that the ICC may not exercise its jurisdiction over the crime of aggression until such time as the states parties agree on a definition of the crime and set out the conditions under which it may be prosecuted.

In international law, a crime against humanity consists of acts of persecution or any large scale atrocities against a body of people, as being the criminal offence above all others.[1]

The Rome Statute Explanatory Memorandum states that crimes against humanity "are particularly odious offences in that they constitute a serious attack on human dignity or grave humiliation or a degradation of one or more human beings. They are not isolated or sporadic events, but are part either of a government policy (although the perpetrators need not identify themselves with this policy) or of a wide practice of atrocities tolerated or condoned by a government or a de facto authority. We are the Nation that set these laws up after WWII. No matter how much they were an emotional reaction of the Victors of that War, they form the basis of how we want Human Beings treated in the world. The current disasteradministration has violated each of these International Crimes as set down by the Nuremberg trials, and the United Nations Charter. The American People are the only ones strong enough to hold these War Criminals responsible for their deeds. They admit these crimes in public constantly to the American People in their propaganda news conferences, through their controlled news agencies, and with their controlled information leaks. They have shown that they are even willing to commit Treason to fulfill their ends. Americans need to rise up at the polls to vote out these Bastards that have co-opted our Democracy. I say that only half tongue in cheek...as, you see...Saturday also brought the revelation that while Fred Thompson was serving as Senate Minority Counsel on the Watergate Committee...he was ACTUALLY a SPY operating on behalf of Richard Nixon, feeding confidential information to the White House, in violation of ethical and perhaps legal standards, as well. Liddy, was of course the Master Planner of the Watergate Break-in, and all-around liaison to the White House Plumbers Unit...which actually carried out the break-in. Yesterday I responded to a blog by someone called Kelsey (myspace.com/OldManKLC) and I was censoredAlthough he claimed the left would not respond to reason, he refused a response from a middle of the roader like me because it made him look ignorant. He then e-mailed me an told me it was because my use of Thomas Jefferson disgusted him and I had no right. He said he would only allow direct quotes from Jefferson, none from me.

With that in mind, and to get this off my chest, I have put together the following information which I hope explains my feelings on many things the ultra right believes.

In reference to the commuting of Libby's sentence:

"The laws of our country... in offenses within their cognizance, compel those who have knowledge of a fact to declare it for the purposes of justice and of the general good and safety of society. And certainly, where wrong has been done, he who knows and conceals the doer of it makes himself an accomplice, and justly censurable as such."

Although I agree that Clinton may have committed crimes, he did face impeachment and was acquitted. This may have been a poor decision, but it was a decision made after being presented in court and should be considered as final. The rule of law must always be followed, and it was with the Libby case. President Bush has the power to commute the sentence, and even pardon him completely. I personally have never contested that. In my opinion it has been a series of poor and unfavorable decisions which have turned the majority against the president. Now it is time for him (the president) to stand trial, just as Clinton did.

"A departure from principle in one instance becomes a precedent for a second; that second for a third; and so on, till the bulk of the society is reduced to be mere automatons of misery, to have no sensibilities left but for sin and suffering."

The continued lies and midleading of the citizens by this administration has the majority of Americans outraged. They are opening their eyes to the atrocities and demanding change and accountability.

"Our fellow citizens have been led hoodwinked from their principles by a most extraordinary combination of circumstances. But the band is removed, and they now see for themselves."

The American people want the truth, and as long as this administration continues its game of conspiracy and cover up, the truth will be buried. The most important part of the Libby situation is that the cover up remains and those responsible for the most heinous crimes are being protected.

"Follow truth as the only safe guide, and... eschew error, which bewilders us in one false consequence after another."

I personally do not blame Bush for any of this. I don't believe he is capable of this kind of corruption. I voted for him knowing full well that he was not a strong leader, unaware of the turmoil we would face early in his presidency. I was also unaware of just how devious and evil Cheney really is. I believe Bush is being forced into difficult situations which ultimately benefit corporate America and Dick Cheney. Someone has coerced this passive man into doing things he doesn't understand and cannot control. With very little time left in this administration, expect even more deception and lies. The difficult times have distracted the American people from much of this through a very real threat of terrorism, which may or may not have been sensationalized by this administration as a means of leverage. But finally people are seeing the big picture, and they are not at all happy. They are educating themselves on the issues and demanding answers. Soon those responsible for the corruption and lies will be held accountable.

"The spirit of the times may alter, will alter. Our rulers will become corrupt, our people careless. A single zealot may commence persecutor, and better men be his victims. It can never be too often repeated that the time for fixing every essential right on a legal basis is while our rulers are honest and ourselves united. From the conclusion of [their] war [for independence, a nation begins] going down hill. It will not then be necessary to resort every moment to the people for support. They will be forgotten, therefore, and their rights disregarded. They will forget themselves but in the sole faculty of making money, and will never think of uniting to effect a due respect for their rights. The shackles, therefore, which shall not be knocked off at the conclusion of [that] war will remain on [them] long, will be made heavier and heavier, till [their] rights shall revive or expire in a convulsion."

If you support this administration, you should pay very close attention to the people in the very near future. When the majority finally speaks change will come and people will be held accountable for their actions. When change comes, and the crimes are finally exposed, will you change your opinion or be stubborn and closed minded still? Will you then be considered the radical extremist whacko? Or will you use your good sense to analyze the facts and make a reasonable decision?

"It is rare that the public sentiment decides immorally or unwisely, and the individual who differs from it ought to distrust and examine well his own opinion."

We are all in this together America. Republicans, Democrats and Independents alike. The control of our government is in the hands of the wealthy and the corporations. Our politicians are corrupted by lobbyists and we are not properly represented. Change must start at the top if we are to send a message.

I'm not backing off. I tried to remove myself from the
political realm of the US, what BushCo is turning into
an Evil Empire, but the blatant audacity of George
commuting Scooter's sentence (he's not ruling out a
full pardon ---and you know he will) has dragged me
kicking and screaming back in. I can't sit back and
let this BushCo drag our country further down into the
murky quagmire of Fascism and violence, taking the
rest of the world with them!

I have sat quietly back these past five weeks as the
slaughter in Iraq sorrowfully surges along with
George's bloody escalation---and as the philosophical
opposition to the war has soared to almost four out of
every five Americans. I have remained silent when
Senator Barack Obama said that impeachment is only
reserved for "grave, grave" breeches! Well, BushCo has
created hundreds of thousands of graves dug by their
lies and greed. For cripes' sake, George admitted to
breaking the FISA Act (which is a felony) that also
breeched the 4th Amendment to our Constitution that
already prohibited illegal search and seizure. How was
Bill Clinton's offense graver than George's, Dick's,
or Scooter's? Did we ever think that the criminality
and arrogance of the Nixon White House would be
eclipsed in our time with nary a "baaaah" from the
Sheeple in Congress?

George has said that America doesn't "do torture" when
we have all seen the images of torture from Abu Ghraib
(don't believe your lyin' eyes) and know that hundreds
of people sold to the US Army for an immoral bounty
are incarcerated within the inhumane confines of
Guantanamo Prison which is right in our own back yard.

I have had to bite my tongue---HARD---as the George
and Dick crime cabal, (formerly known has the
executive branch) have claimed that their offices are
not to be held up to the same standards of
accountability and control as any other entity in the
human race, governmental or private.

It has been recently reported that Nancy Pelosi said
that impeachment is not "worth it." Her faulty
reasoning is that impeachment would take too much time
because they don't have the votes. If they could
"whip" their own Democratic caucus into shape to
defend and protect our Constitution and the people of
Iraq and our soldiers as they whupped, cajoled,
threatened and browbeat the caucus into attaching
"non-binding" time lines onto the last war funding
bill, then impeachment would not only be possible, but
likely.

The recent commutation of I. Scooter Libby's sentence,
however, was the straw that broke my camel's back of
exhausted ennui. Patrick Fitzgerald is a thoughtful
and thorough prosecutor who did a heroic job of
bringing at least one of the Bush Crime Mob to
justice. Even though we were all very pleased, we knew
that it was not enough and that Mr. Fitzgerald would
delve deeper into the feces infested executive branch.
The lawlessness of the Bush Administration has reached
wild west proportions and the inmates definitely have
control of the US(A)sylum.

A very dear friend of mine, Rev. Lennox Yearwood of
the Hip Hop Caucus, is being harassed by the Air Force
for "Conduct Unbecoming an Officer and a Gentleman"
because "The Rev" fulfills his duty as an Officer and
a Gentleman honorably by protesting Iraq and the
Fascist Bush Regime almost constantly. The Rev is
still in Individual Ready Reserve so the Air Force
believes it is within its parameters to pursue the
charges, although every "Officer and Gentleman(woman)"
should be protesting the atrocious mistakes in the
Middle East. After The Rev's hearing on July 12th, (in
Macon, GA) he is going to begin a "symbolic" walk from
the Reverend Martin Luther King's grave (Atlanta, GA)
to DC---I am going to be there for him and to begin
the march, but I am not going to make it symbolic.

We are going to walk from Atlanta, GA to Congress
beginning July 13th and ending up in DC on July 23rd
to send the mis-leaders back home to face the music of
justice in their own districts.

It is about time us "peasants" (in the eyes of the
Fascist Ruling Elite) march on DC with our
"pitchforks" of righteous anger and our "torches" of
truth to demand the ouster of BushCo. I have a dream
of the detention centers that George has built and
filled being instead filled with Orange Clad neo-cons
and neo-connettes.

If Congress won't dig BushCo's political grave, it is
the People's job to do so. Thomas Jefferson said that
we need a Revolution every 20 years, or so, to keep
our Republic honest. Over 225 years have passed since
our last Revolution (if you don't count the War
Between the States) and we are long overdue for one.
Turn off your TVs, kiss your pets goodbye, bring the
kids and flock to the federal seat of corruption, or
join us on our walk there, for a People's
Accountability Movement to be in the face of the
Criminal BushCo and the Complicit Congress for the
last week of session before they go on their
undeserved vacations (why do they get vacations when
the Iraqi parliamentarians don't?)

On the eve of our first revolution: You know it's

Participate in your Democracy and make it better for yourself and how you feel about it, and make it better for the others that you don't even know. Deathbed confessions, photos support claims that George H. Scherf(f), Jr., was the 41^st U.S. president

Scherff, Sr. Bormann became Hitler's second in command. Reinhardt Gehlen was a chief SS officer and assassin who was smuggled out of Germany under Operation Paperclip. Skorzeny was Hitler's bodyguard and SS spy/assassin who came to the U.S. after the war under Project Paperclip. Skorzeny and GHW Bush were instrumental in merging Nazi (SS) intelligence with the OSI to form the CIA with "Wild Bill" Donovan and Allen Dulles. These guys were also part of CIA mind control experiments such as MK-ULTRA. SS officer and physician Joseph Mengele, the notoriously sadistic "Angel of Death" of Auschwitz, escaped Germany to South America after the war. George H. Scherff, Jr., became the 41st President of the United States as GHW Bush and George H. Scherff, Sr., was Nicola Tesla's "trusted assistant."

What you are about to read is another step beyond research pioneered in the early 90s by author/historian Webster Tarpley based largely on deathbed "clues" provided by former Hitler bodyguard Otto Skorzeny and his box of photographs. Since Skorzeny's death in 1999, the various leads he provided have been followed up and tend to support what, at first blush, would appear to be the unbelievable rantings of an embittered old man. What remains constant as we pore through publicly available official records, private correspondence, memoirs, newspaper articles, photos and other "clues" is that Bush family records (the ones that exist) are a puzzle palace of inconsistencies and curiosities. Since it is a congressionally established fact that Prescott Bush was in business with the Nazis during WWII, we can safely say that the Bush/Nazi connection existed. Who are the Bushes? How did they get connected with the Nazis? Is the connection still alive through U.S. presidents George H.W. Bush and George W. Bush? The answers are not as literal as we would like them to be. But we have the testimony of Otto Skorzeny and his photos—especially the one at right. So, here we go—the first installment of an investigation that points to a curious conclusion: The "Bush" family was created to destroy America.

What we are taught about history in American schools is not history, but a fairy tale. Better yet, it is propaganda designed to hoodwink an unsuspecting society about its true heritage and the treasonous acts and sabotage that were conceived in order to bring about a New World Order. You are about to learn the real identities of those who have infiltrated your nation on behalf of secret societies intent on bringing about the total slavery of mankind. In the past, others have written about the numerous conspiracies to control natural resources, energy, food and our sovereign right to live on planet Earth — not as slaves of a wealthy few — but as free men, women, and children exercising the free will given to them by God.

"Research" is the systematic investigation into and study of materials and sources in order to establish facts and reach new conclusions. This is important research. Read it carefully, with an open mind. Considering the use of fluorides (sodium fluoride) in drinking water and toothpaste, you may already be in denial. Fluorides (we are told) are for the prevention of tooth decay. You, the reader, can decide if they really work. The real reason they are added to your drinking water and toothpaste is to cause you to become psychologically and physically placid, and therefore, apathetic.

A thought problem

Imagine you were a member of a secret organization whose sole agenda was to control the entire planet. If your plan was to accomplish this goal without being perceived by your intended victims, discretion would be paramount. Your organization would devise a series of historical events that, on the surface, would appear to be everyday, happenstance occurrences (natural disasters, man-made diseases, acts of murder, assassination, terror, manipulation of money and energy supplies, contamination of foods, pollution of natural resources, and war). The timing of these events would require patience, careful planning, cooperation from others in positions of trust, stealth and deceit. In essence, the whole mission must derive its power through deception and concealment and must have a master plan.

Who were the designers of this master plan? Follow along as we connect the dots.

The Master Plan:

Arrival of the Bankers

At the turn of the 20^th century, a plan to slowly take over the government of the United States began to unfold. Many works have been written about the Nazi machine that instigated two world wars, though few have traced the footsteps of the foreign financiers and the actors we prefer to call "politicians."

A brief glance at shipping records, passenger manifests, and financial transactions on Wall Street indicates a pattern of deception which was masterminded by this same machine. The level of cooperation from government agencies and their elected officials was not only disgraceful, but blatantly treasonous.

In his book, "The Creature From Jekyll Island," [1] author G. Edward Griffin described the secret meetings which created the Federal Reserve in 1913. The architect of the plan, Paul M. Warburg, was a representative of the Rothschild banks in England and France and his brother Felix headed the Warburg banks in Germany and the Netherlands. Of significance is the fact that the first "official" media report about the Federal Reserve occurred three years later. In "Leslie's Weekly," [2] B.C. Forbes described the secret meeting between Republican Senator Nelson W. Aldrich and six of the most powerful bankers in the world. That this meeting had to be conducted in a secret, clandestine island location indicates the level of deception, concealment—and treason—at work.

Paul Warburg

That Paul Warburg, a German national, spoke English well enough to craft a financial document (a volume consisting of 1,750 pages) resulting in the Federal Reserve Act designed to control the finances of the United States (from Europe) was no small feat. Of particular interest was how Warburg was able to establish these important connections prior to his arrival in the U.S. in 1913 and then orchestrate this financial coup. Warburg had to have known his co-conspirators before coming to America.

The first official record of Paul Warburg's trip to the U.S. appeared in the Kaiser Wilhelm II passenger manifest, upon arrival at Ellis Island, October 13, 1903. [3] The official manifest (on line 7) lists a "Mr. P. Warburg, age 35; Occupation: Banker; Nationality: American; Heritage: German; Last Residence: Hamburg; Final Destination: New York; Home: 3 E. 82^nd St., New York.

In fact, Paul Warburg claimed he was an American in 1903. Was this claim valid in 1903?

Of special interest in this October 13, 1903 passenger manifest, is the fact that other prominent passengers in the elite financial community were also on the same passenger manifest. Harry Sachs (of Goldman Sachs fame) is listed as a passenger but, unlike Warburg, he was not required to declare his destination or his address. In fact, of the 30 passengers listed on page 293 of the Ellis Island database of ship and passenger arrivals, P. Warburg was the only passenger required to declare his destination.

Was this an attempt to establish Warburg's nationality?

Suspiciously, the second half of the page is missing from the database, so we are not privileged with pertinent and "official" information as to his place of birth nor his physical description on this occasion. Future arrivals to the Port of New York would shed more light on these issues. The record keeping by the Immigration Office on October 13, 1903, was not merely sloppy. It appears that Warburg and other passengers were not scrutinized to the extent required by law and were assisted in entering the country with special, yet illegal considerations. Unlike earlier or later arrivals, immigration officers were permitted (or instructed) to be lax and obviously negligent, in their duties, particularly where destinations and birthplaces were of concern.

Warburg's second arrival to the U.S. (on the SS Deutschland) was similar to his first. Though still a "U.S. citizen" in 1905, he was demoted to "merchant." [4] However, on a third arrival in 1906, Warburg was, once again, a "banker." His memory had failed him on this (third) trip, when he declared he had "never been to the U.S. previously." Neither had his wife and two children, who had travelled with him on prior trips. He had also forgotten about his home in New York City, too, when he claimed he had no address in the United States. On this visit, Warburg declared "Hamburg, Germany" as his place of birth.

Incredibly, on a later visit to the U.S., Warburg claimed he was officially a "naturalized citizen," citing the "Circuit Court of New York City, March 21, 1911" [5] as the place and date where he had been bestowed his citizenship. Despite Warburg's earlier proclamations, he was not declared a U.S. citizen until that time. Warburg thereby committed perjury, which was overlooked on numerous occasions by the Immigration Service officials, seemingly an act of treason on each occurrence. During subsequent visits to the U.S. in 1910, 1912 and 1913, while again proclaiming his U.S. citizenship, Warburg referred to 17 E. 80^th St., New York as his home address. Not once was there any mention of his association with the Rothschild banks in Paris and London, and his permanent residency in Europe, not in America. Why the deception?

James Loeb

Not to be outdone, James Loeb, a partner in the Kuhn, Loeb & Company banking firm in New York City, traveled with Warburg on October 13, 1903. Loeb declared his U.S. citizenship on this trip, though he apparently suffered from amnesia in 1910, neglecting to declare any country of origin and later, in 1912, declaring to the U.S. Immigration Service that his birthplace was "Landsberg, Germany," [6] a small town west of Munich.

Loeb also indicated (trip on this) that he was staying "with Mr. Warburg."

Amnesia must have been a disease that plagued most German bankers at the turn of the century. The disease didn't stop there and soon spread to institutes of higher education. Harvard University Press published a memorial biography to the founder of the Loeb Classical Library, bequeathed to Harvard University by none other than James Loeb, one year after his death in 1933. "James Loeb was born August 6, 1867, in New York City, the son of Solomon and Betty (Goldberg) Loeb. Solomon was a partner and founder of the banking firm, Kuhn, Loeb & Company," the tribute began. [7]

Certainly, Harvard University would have known where Loeb was born and, for that matter, so would have Loeb. If this quotation were true, then what would have caused Loeb to state (to the INS) in 1912 that he was born in "Landsberg, Germany?"

The Harvard Press biography did little to legitimize the matter of Loeb's birthplace, though it was a valiant attempt.

Still, if there remained any confusion, the U.S. Immigration Service could have clarified the issue based on the information it had acquired in 1903 and again in 1910. But that was not the agency's intention. The Immigration and Naturalization Service agents were complicit in hiding James Loeb's true birthplace and his association with financiers of the future German Nazi Party, an act which was aided and abetted by the sloppy, incomplete immigration records kept at Ellis Island and the Port of New York. That was part of the deception. Yes, he lived and worked in New York and may have attended Harvard University. But, considering the connections Kuhn, Loeb & Company had to the banks that supported the Nazis through money-laundering activities until getting caught in 1942, it was most likely that Loeb (like Warburg) had been groomed for his role in order to maintain the founders' (of this "master plan") "bloodline."

There were other inconsistencies in the Harvard Press biography, again, based upon the above-mentioned records. "In the winter of 1891 a severe illness (possibly depression) obliged him to give up business and he spent the summer traveling in Scandinavia, returning to banking again only until January 1, 1902, when he retired due to renewed health problems" [Amnesia?].

James Loeb could not have traveled and returned to the United States during 1892, unless he had swum upon his return trip. The first of his three voyages to Ellis Island (from Europe on the Kaiser Wilhelm II) arrived on October 13, 1903, as previously mentioned. It was unlikely he would have returned to any port of entry other than New York, unless he had arrived at some other secret location. And there were no transatlantic airline flights in 1903. The Harvard story had to have been a fabrication intended to hide some dark secret.

Considering the sizable endowments Loeb lavished upon Harvard and other notable educational, medical, and art institutions in Boston and New York, it was most advantageous for Harvard to portray Loeb as a philanthropist and victim of "depression" (hardly fit for a transatlantic swim), than as a German banker whose father's company supported the "master planners'" war machine before and during two world wars.

According to further reminiscent accounts, "He retired to a quieter place, his farm at Shrewsbury, New Jersey, moving to Germany in 1905, where he stayed (except for a period during World War I) until his death in 1933."

Evidently, Harvard was unaware of two more trips (documented by the Federal Government) that Loeb made to New York in 1910, and again in 1912. It was no coincidence that Loeb's return trips to the U.S. (as an on-again, off-again U.S. citizen) were orchestrated to accommodate Paul Warburg's meetings with Wall Street bankers of German persuasion, as they plotted to create the Federal Reserve System, a foreign entity.

"On graduation, he received an offer through his teacher and friend Charles Eliot Norton to study Egyptology in Paris and London."

Norton was the "appointed professor of history of art at Harvard University," "from 1856 to 1874 Norton spent much time in travel and residence on the continent of Europe and in England," and was the first president of the Archaeological Institute of America (1879-1890)," according to his biography at wikipedia.org. [8] It would seem that Egypt was a more suitable location for studying Egyptology than Paris and London, where Paul Warburg managed the Rothschild banks.

Loeb died in Munich in 1933, lending belated credence to his 1912 assertion, to the INS, that he was "born in Landsberg, Germany" and was a "German citizen" — "never having previously been in America."

Nikola Tesla

Despite conflicting literary and historical accounts, Nikola Tesla, a Serb, was born on July 10, 1856, in Smilja, Lika province, or what is now modern-day Croatia. Prior to World War I, Smilja was on the border of the Austro-Hungarian empire so, in effect, Tesla was a citizen of Austrian origin.

The son of a Serbian Orthodox priest who rose to the rank of Archbishop, Tesla had the opportunity to study a variety of topics contained in his father's personal library. As a young boy, he accompanied his father on trips to Rome, where he was able to study the lesser-known works stored in the Vatican's vast scientific repository.

Upon completing his studies in engineering and physics at the Polytechnic Institute in Graz, Austria, Tesla attended the University at Prague. He demonstrated, early on, an innate ability to solve mechanical and scientific problems, especially in the area of electricity and its applications in power production. After working for Edison Telephone Company subsidiaries in Budapest, Paris, and other cities throughout Europe, Nikola Tesla went to America, to meet the man whose company gave him his first job, Thomas Edison.

Tesla found it difficult to work for Edison (due to Edison's reneging on financial promises), but soon found backers to finance his research and development projects and his new inventions. Financiers, such as John Pierpont (J.P.) Morgan, George Westinghouse and John Jacob Astor were among those who saw the potential in Tesla's pioneering, entrepreneurial spirit to capitalize on his technological discoveries in electricity, wireless communications, and physics.

The only official documentation of Nikola Tesla's arrival to the United States was, again, produced at the Port of New York. [9] On April 7, 1882 a 25-year old Tesla arrived via the SS Nordland, which departed from Antwerp. He had returned, on this trip to the U.S., after lecturing in Paris. Tesla's destination: New York. Tesla immigrated as a "laborer," though this label hardly befit the man who would become the most prolific inventor in history, with some 700 technological patents to his credit.

Previous accounts of Tesla's association with Thomas Edison's projects place him in the United States in the 1870s. His many technological discoveries were certain to have drawn the attention of those hungry for world domination and superiority. By and large, Tesla's inventions and his career were excluded from our history books because his inventions and patents were stolen and then weaponized. It was never intended for us to learn about the suppression of Tesla's advanced scientific discoveries, nor about those who profited from their theft—the orchestrators of the master plan.

Though much has been written about Tesla's successes and failures, few have detailed the behind-the-scenes financial activities which disclose a Nazi plot to acquire his technology, while research and development costs had largely been paid (unknowingly) by U.S. taxpayers. Many of Tesla's patents fell into Nazi hands prior to and during World Wars I and II. As a result, Tesla continuously found himself in litigation over patent rights and other issues.

Although he had succeeded in winning the majority of his patent lawsuits, his technology had been repeatedly stolen and sold to the German Nazis and other foreign governments, so he never achieved the financial success he deserved. The embezzlement of his capitalization went unchecked throughout Tesla's career. At the time of his death (by murder, according to Skorzeny) on January 6, 1943, Tesla died virtually penniless.

Tesla's Assistant,

George H. Scherff, Sr.

Nikola Tesla's successes in discovering new technologies did not go unnoticed by many industrial capitalists and world governments. In fact, many of his inventions were developed through secret government programs which began soon after his discoveries in alternating current (AC), electromagnetic energy, electric motors, generators, coils, radio transmission, energy-saving devices, and wireless transmission technologies.

Since Tesla was often buried deep in research at remote labs, many of his financial and legal affairs were supervised by his closest associate, George H. Scherff. Scherff often advised Tesla about pending patent litigation, contracts, proposals, demonstrations, and financial affairs. As any trusty associate would, Scherff stood beside Tesla through all the ups and downs of his financial nightmares, sometimes arranging for extended credit at the Waldorf-Astoria, where Tesla often resided, or by obtaining a cash advance toward research he had been contracted to perform. Near the end of his career, Tesla was evicted from the Waldorf for an outstanding bill which exceeded $20,000 — a rather large sum for those days.

As Tesla worked on secret U.S. government projects at Colorado Springs, Colorado, Scherff communicated to Tesla the status of his business affairs. Tesla spoke of hopeful, future financial successes, though Scherff repeatedly delivered the news of dwindling funds. Tesla had begun construction of a wireless power transmission tower ("Wardenclyffe," Shoreham, Long Island) with funds invested by J.P. Morgan. When Morgan discovered that the tower would transmit free electricity and radio waves, he cancelled the project and had the tower dismantled, then sold for scrap. Morgan was not about to allow Americans to receive free electricity, television and radio. Tesla was devastated when he received the news, but continued on with his new inventions.

Some 12 years later, on October 14, 1918, Scherff wrote to Tesla at Colorado Springs. The correspondence focused on the usual disclosure of pending legal issues and attorney matters and was sent to Tesla on Tesla Company letterhead containing the company's headquarters address at 8 W. 40^th Street, New York, NY. [10] On October 15, 1918, (the next day) Tesla responded to Scherff's letter (it seems impossible regarding our understanding of the technology available at the time, but these are the dates attached to the correspondence).

An interesting anomaly: Tesla's response was addressed to "George Scherff, Esq.," Union Sulphur Co., 17 Battery Pl., New York, NY (Union Sulphur Company?). [11] This address was not the location of the Nikola Tesla Company.

The Rockefeller Connection

Records show that 17 Battery Place is the Whitehall Building and was owned by Frank Rockefeller, who, with his brothers William and John D., also owned many of the companies with offices located there. The International Longshoremen's Association (ILA) had its world headquarters there, as well as a variety of oil, mining, and chemical companies. [12] Though Union Sulphur Company was run by its president, Herman Frasch, a German chemist who patented extraction methods for sulphur and petroleum, Frasch also worked for John D. Rockefeller's Standard Oil Company (in New York, New Jersey, and Cleveland, Ohio), developing similar extraction methods.

On the basis of this association, George Scherff, Sr., had connections with the Rockefeller family, though it is unclear if Tesla was at all aware of this connection.

Frank Rockefeller was also an investor of Buckeye Steel Castings in Columbus, Ohio. Buckeye manufactured automatic couplers and chassis for railroad cars owned by the Harrimans, the Rockefellers, and J.P. Morgan. Eventually, Samuel P. Bush was promoted from general manager to president of the company after producing gigantic profits.

Samuel P. Bush's association with the Rockefellers and his subsequent position as Director of the War Industries Board afforded him the opportunity to create contracts with Remington Arms during the war, courtesy of Percy Rockefeller.

Nikola Tesla's trusted assistant (sometimes referred to as "accountant" or "secretary") George Scherff, Sr., worked at Union Sulphur Company. Normally, this association would not set off alarms, considering the state of Tesla's affairs. Scherff had every right to earn a decent living in order to support his family. That was "the American Way." But a careful examination of Union Sulphur Co. might reveal that someone was being deceived — Tesla, and Scherff was at the root of this deception.

Who was George Scherff?

Who was George Scherff? Better yet, who was George H. Scherff, Sr.? There exists no legitimate record of a George H. Scherff being born in the U.S. from the late-1800s through 1925, yet, George Scherff was Nikola Tesla's assistant/accountant. If he was born in Germany, could his birthplace shed some light on this mystery? Probably—if they exist (it has become apparent that individuals associated with the Nazi Party commonly have all or parts of their genealogical records expunged—we will explore this further in the section of this article dealing with the "Bush" family tree).

Otto Skorzeny: S.S./ODESSA/CIA master spy and assassin

Friends and acquaintances of Nikola Tesla recall him complaining about Scherff's son, George, Jr., always snooping around Tesla's lab. On more than one occasion (probably during the late 1930s), Tesla caught the 14-year old Scherff looking at his notes, poring through his books, and stealing small items from his lab. Tesla gave him the nickname, "Curious George" and likened him to a "mischievous monkey." According to Skorzeny, (Adolph Hitler's former bodyguard) in a deathbed confession to Eric "Orion" (Eric Berman) in S. Miami, Florida, Tesla, "hated the younger Scherff." In fact, according to Skorzeny, the "Curious George" book and movie were inspired by Tesla' s suggestion.

Curiously, the day before the national theatrical release of the Hollywood production of the Curious George feature length film, Alan Shalleck, the originator of Curious George (and the man in the Yellow hat), was found murdered under a pile of plastic garbage bags in his driveway in Florida at age 76. [13]

In short, Otto Skorzeny claimed that the true identity of George H.W. Bush was "George H. Scherff, Jr., the son of Nikola Tesla's illegal-immigrant, German-born accountant, George H. Scherff, Sr."

Worth a thousand words: But this was not the only bombshell Otto Skorzeny delivered that day in late-1999. Skorzeny, producing a shoe box full of 60-years worth of his personal photographs, showed them to Berman, describing each one in great detail. The collection featured a photo of a young, majestic Skorzeny in full S.S. Nazi military dress, next to his F?hrer, Adolph Hitler. Then there were photos of Reinhard Gehlen (S.S. spy and assassin) Dr. Joseph Mengele (the "Angel of Death") Martin Bormann (Hitler aide and S.S. assassin) and Adolph Hitler (photographed in 1997 at age 107).

The Hitler photo was taken during a "reunion" at the Lake McDonald Lodge in Glacier National Park, Montana, on August 27, 1997. According to Skorzeny, Adolph Hitler was alive and well in the U.S. in 1997!

Skorzeny did not stop there. He produced a photo of a young Skorzeny, Mengele, Bormann, and the family of George H. Scherff, Sr.. Seated in the midst of those in the photo was a young George H. Scherff, Jr., who, Skorzeny explained, was trained as a spy and sent to America to work for Adolph Hitler. "He was given false identification and adopted by Prescott Sheldon Bush as his "son," George Herbert Walker Bush," Skorzeny went on. "He forged a birth certificate in order to enter the military before he turned 18. He was 16 at the time."

In the family photo, a young Scherff and Bormann both sported a German Navy uniform. Scherff later enlisted in the U.S. Navy as "George H.W. Bush."

In even greater detail, Otto Skorzeny described how ("contrary to the CIA-written history books") he helped Hitler escape to Austria in a plane flown by a female pilot, Hanna Reitsch. "Hitler did not commit suicide," Skorzeny recounted. "His double was shot between the eyes, and the dental records proved he was not Hitler. The Americans kept it a secret, worried the truth might anger the Russians."

Eric "Orion" (Berman), in a live radio interview on Republic Broadcasting Network, January 17, 2006, [14] detailed how "Skorzeny died on December 31, 1999. His body was cremated, I have a copy of his death certificate, and I saw his ashes. After the war, he helped George Bush found the CIA through Operation Paperclip and ODESSA."

Berman recounted how Skorzeny was found "not guilty" at the Nuremburg trials, and then ushered into the CIA. "Some 50,000+ S.S. Nazi war criminals, not just rocket scientists, were brought to America after the war."

Skorzeny, about age 90 at the time, was described by Berman as "very focused and very lucid, and he was still very mobile. He was still able to walk around—he was still very impressive and he had about the biggest hands I have ever shaken. He was 6'-4"and was a giant for his day. He towered over me, and I'm 5'-8"."

When asked why he thought Skorzeny entrusted this information to him, Berman responded, "I was dating one of his daughters. He knew that I'm Jewish, first of all, I'm an honest guy and he thought that I would really try to do something about this and bring some justice, yeah, to these wanted Nazi war criminals. His whole goal was.... they had screwed him over, including George Bush, they screwed him over..... and out of large sums of money over the years. This was his one last way of... you know, getting even with them."

A biographical article about Nikola Tesla appeared in the Tesla Tech, Inc. magazine, "Extraordinary Technology," Volume 4, Number 3, Aug., Sept., Oct., 2006. [15] The article, written by Dustin Wallace, spoke of Tesla's childhood, some of his inventions, and his last days. Wallace wrote (pp. 21-22), "The Yugoslav Monarchy in Exile was summoned to visit Tesla in the fall of 1942. However, Charlotte Muzar, a secretary, paid Tesla the visit. From his condition upon her arrival she felt as though he may not live through the night. Another friend of Tesla's, Kenneth Swezey visited him during the time and noted that he was existing on warm milk and Nabisco crackers alone. It was apparent that Tesla was nearing the end of his time. By late December of 1942, Tesla began meeting with two U.S. government agents in order to share some of his most sensitive discoveries. These men carried away many of his documents for microfilming."

"On January 4, 1943, Tesla's faithful assistant, George Scherff, visited Tesla for the last time, Tesla was found deceased in his hotel room on the morning of January 8. 1943. He had passed away between those four days since Scherff's visit."

The article continued, "Following Tesla's death the United States Office of Alien Property, under the instructions of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, confiscated all of Tesla's papers and property. This was an interesting maneuver considering that Tesla was a United States citizen."

The significance of this benign description of Tesla's inventions and his last days has a direct relationship to the previously unknown claims of Otto Skorzeny. As Skorzeny described (to Berman) in detail his involvement with George H. W. Bush (George H. Scherff, Jr.) in organizing the CIA by absorbing Nazi S.S. agents," he intimated that it was Reinhard Gehlen and himself who murdered Nikola Tesla on January 6, 1943 by strangulation/suffocation.

Prior to the murder, Skorzeny and Gehlen "spoke in great detail to Tesla about his most-advanced technologies and then stole the blueprints of his best, most-secret inventions."

Were these the "two U.S. government agents" about whom Dustin Wallace wrote? The timing of George Scherff's last visit to Nikola Tesla was suspicious, as well.

Skorzeny did not stop with these soul-cleansing disclosures. He went on to describe the aliases of himself Frank Edward P_ _ _ _ _, of south Florida (according to Berman, who claims he is trying to protect Skorzeny's daughter), Reinhard Gehlen (Hank Janowicz, Wayne, N.J.), and Dr. Joseph Mengele (Steven Rabel). According to Berman, "Gehlen was tipped off by the FBI about Skorzeny's unveiling of his identity and location, and Gehlen (Janowicz) then went into hiding. Mengele (Rabel), through a series of anti-aging hormone injections, a black hairpiece, and 'cannibalism' has maintained a youthful appearance."

Having investigated some of Skorzeny's claims, Berman had contacted the U.S. Justice Department to inform them that Nazi spies were being harbored by certain factions of the U.S. intelligence agencies, in particular, the CIA. "My thoughts were that, uh, I needed to try to bring these wanted SS Nazi war criminal, holocaust killers—terrorists, basically—to justice. I wanted to call our government and tell 'em, 'Hey, that they're still alive.' I wanted to bring 'em to justice. That was my whole intention. I initially had contacted, or tried to contact Eli Rosenbaum, who was the Director of the United States Justice Department, Office of Special Investigations. Basically, they, uh, thought it was a hoax and they told me that I was mistaken, and that according to the CIA, 'all of them were all dead and I was mistaken.' That's what they told me. I was wrong.

"Later that night, I was over at, uh, Skorzeny's house, and his widow received a phone call that turned her white, and she almost passed out. Basically, someone from the OSI tipped her off that I had contacted them... and that I had known about them. Later that night, when I was comin' back home, uh, a car pulled up behind me, flashing his lights, wanting me to pull over. So I pulled over—I knew somethin' was probably goin' on, so I was ready, and somebody walked right next to me—it looked like he had a gun in his hand, possibly, so I sped away. All right, uh, my girlfriend was in the car at the time, all right, and I sped through three lanes of traffic and went into a local shopping center, and he pulled in right behind me—and he gave me a dirty look—then he pulled a couple feet away, then he drove off. But, uh, I'm sure they tried to put a hit out on me. That's what it was."

Berman then confirmed the girlfriend was Skorzeny's daughter and added, "She, uh, she didn't know that I knew... she didn't know that her father had told me all this. That's why we're no longer goin' out. She broke up with me when the government tipped her off that I wrote a book about her family."

In order to authenticate the above revelations, the author began conducting his own research into the alias of Otto Skorzeny. The first detail, considering Berman's "cryptic clue" of Skorzeny's CIA name, was to determine the variety of names that begin with the letter "P" — Palmer, Parson, Paskel, Peller, Porter, Powell, etc., settling on "Powell" as the most-likely possibility. Then, there was the distinct possibility that Skorzeny (for the purpose of protecting his wife and children) slightly misled Berman about his "official" alias, by reversing his first and middle names.

An exhaustive search revealed an interesting twist. Since Skorzeny had children, he likely had a wife. In fact, he did have a wife and left a trail (though worn out by time), that might shed some light on the master plan (this issue is discussed later).

Further research about the life of Otto Skorzeny, "master spy," reveals his little-known affair with Eva (Evita) Marie Duarte de Peron, wife of Argentina's President, Juan Domingo Peron. Gold which was stolen by the Nazis (laundered by Swiss banks and the Vatican, then smuggled to Argentina by Admiral Wilhelm Canaris) had accrued enormous interest after World War II, and upon her death, Eva Peron bequeathed Skorzeny $100 million, which ultimately fell into the hands of the CIA. The Nazi-CIA connection to the money was obvious. Based upon Skorzeny's claims, this money probably fell into the hands of George H.W. Bush and his "handlers."

George H. Scherff, Jr., visits the FBI

Upon the untimely death of Nikola Tesla, perhaps the world's most renowned scientist in history, J. Edgar Hoover, Director of the FBI, received an unexpected visit from George H. Scherff, Jr. That George Scherff, Sr., Tesla's trusted associate, chose to send his teenage son to visit the FBI's notorious director should have raised a red flag, which it probably did among intelligence agencies. Scherff, Jr., explained to Hoover that he had worked for Tesla and was entitled to his papers and other effects. He also expressed concern that "a foreign government might also be interested in his inventions." [16]

Scherff, Jr., also gave Hoover an address, "149 Secord (sic) Rd., New Rochelle, New York" ["Seacord" is the correct spelling].

FOIA file on "subject, Nikola Tesla": "Mr. George H. Scherff Jr. advised that he had received two letters... Mr. Scherff stated that he was an associate of Nikola Tesla in 1914 and that for many years, his father had been Dr. Tesla's private secretary. Mr. Scherff said that he had never heard of Leland J. Anderson nor any of the names mentioned in Anderson's letter" (Anderson had written to the Scherff household seeking information about Tesla's writings. He was working on a thesis for school and had been seeking information from Tesla's associates and communications).

(February 3, 1954) "Mr. Scherff stated that he has quite a bit of Tesla's writings in his possession and he didn't know whether or not they would be of value to a foreign government."

There are several glaring discrepancies and inconsistencies in George H. Scherff, Jr.'s statements to the FBI (or the actual intent of the document). The author conducted his own research into the background of George H. Scherff, Sr., and, from all indications, concludes that George H. Scherff, Jr., could not have worked for Nikola Tesla in 1914. Scherff, Jr. wasn't even alive in 1914, so he could not have "worked for him" then or at any other time (based upon the numerous accounts about "Curious George," Tesla could not even tolerate him being around his laboratory). It is highly unlikely that Tesla would have hired (or did hire) him. Other than a book written by John J. O'Neill, 'Prodigal Genius, The Life of Nikola Tesla' in 1944, this was also the only known reference to Tesla having a secretary named "George H. Scherff." [17]

For the greater part of his career, Tesla's secretary was Dorothy F. Skerritt. Both Skerritt and Muriel Arbus worked for him at the time of his retirement, which was forced due to dwindling funds. The acknowledgments at the end of the book describe George H. Scherff as a "business associate," and there is no mention whatsoever of George H. Scherff, Jr. ever having worked for Tesla.

So why did Scherff, Jr., lie to the FBI? Because it was dangerous for him to tell Hoover the truth about the real identities of his father and himself. Why would George H. Scherff, Sr. send his teen-age son to seek papers and other records (belonging to Tesla) from the FBI and not do it himself? Because the Director of the FBI, Herbert J. Hoover, would have recognized him as someone other than George H. Scherff, Sr. In fact, it is highly plausible that the individual who spoke to the FBI was not a Scherff and was a stand in.

There also remains the most-likely possibility that the Scherff interview was nothing more than a ruse, created by the FBI for the purpose of obfuscating the facts around the government's involvement in the murder of Nikola Tesla, the theft of and covert infringement on his patents, and the money laundering that ensued between a few Wall Street banks and Adolph Hitler's Nazi Party. Anyone interviewing George H. Scherff, Jr., would have easily recognized that he was not old enough "to have worked for Nikola Tesla in 1914."

Redacted statements in the above-referenced FOIA files indicate something was being covered up. The "Scherff" documents were created to thwart the research efforts of Leland J. Anderson, hide the facts behind Tesla's murder, and dispel any speculation that the FBI stole Tesla's records, research documents and new technologies.

In 1942, less than a year prior to Tesla's untimely death, it was already known that principles at New York's Union Banking Corporation had been caught "Trading with the Enemy," Nazi Germany. Among the principals was George Herbert Walker, Prescott Sheldon Bush, "son" of industrialist Samuel Prescott Bush, who was president of Buckeye Steel Castings in Columbus, Ohio and the director of the Facilities Division of the War Industries Board. The WIB gave Samuel P. Bush unprecedented ties to the Eastern elite families through its association with one of the largest weapons manufacturers, Remington Arms. Buckeye Steel Castings supplied the railroad industry, controlled by the Rockefellers, the Harrimans, and J.P. Morgan with coupling parts and chassis for their tankers and railcars.

Behind the scenes, Archbishop Francis Cardinal Spellman secretly influenced (or controlled) the activities of key intelligence agencies in the U.S., thus, affording the Vatican the opportunity to suppress potentially damaging information from reaching the public. Spellman and Hoover served the same "master," though it was not the U.S. government. Upon the revelations of the New York / Nazi money laundering and war profiteering, records in the National Archives, in particular those related to Samuel P. Bush, were destroyed "in order to save space." Most likely, those records exposed multiple, covert relationships in a conspiracy of monumental proportions.

It is strange that Tesla, one of the most brilliant inventors ever, would die penniless and his "trusted assistant", according to Otto Skorzeny and some strangely corroborating records, was "George H. Scherff, Sr." Tesla died January 6, 1943.

Great picture on the cover of News Papers all across the country: Paris Hilton crying because she has to go to jail. No. This is not why she is crying. She is crying because(drum roll) she is being treated like everyone else. A personality as shallow and inept as this could not stand the one thing that would bring her back to the reality of being 'apart', having consequences for your actions. A person who does these things normally and gets caught, they have much more in the way of consequences to face. The disticntion our society seems to make at every turn is; How much money you have. This is not about looks, she is quite an ugly girl. This is not about race, we have seen the likes of Whitney Houston fall from grace(and land softly). This is about money. The reason she got out of her 90 day sentence in the first place is(no shock here) the LA Sheriff got large campaign contributions form the Hilton family(they probably knew this would happen).
Every person in the world who reads this must ask themselves:
Do we want JUSTICE that treats every Human being equally?
If the answer is no to this question, or you hem and haw for the likes of the Paris Hilton's of the world, then you have to live with the fact that Genocide will continue in our Human culture and we will ultimately condone it. This is the other end of the spectrum which allows us socially to treat people(paris hilton, O.J., Ron Artest, Carl Icahn, Phil Specter, Richard Nixon, 'Scooter' Libby, the entire board of Enron, Oliver North, william jefferson, Zionists, Neo-Cons, and the list of criminals goes on)differently and above equal.
All of these categories of people are glorified, and made above equal. All these categories have just a few things in common, they discriminate against the poor, and/or the females, another religion, or another race. Ultimately, genocide and abuse will occur because of any of these. We need to have acceptance of everyone as the social norm, the Human norm. It is only then that we will be able to move out of the Zealotry and Darkness of the Genocide of the Human Spirit and into Justice and Equality for all of us. We are all the same Race, we are all the same People, we are all the same Spirit. To coin a phrase, Ein Volk, Eine Erde, Ein Geist. We need to act this out everyday, and put our money and efforts toward this ideal, EVERYDAY.
